Ivabradine is an I-f channel antagonist. Induces bradycardia by modulating ion channels in the sinus node. In contrast to beta blockers and rate limiting calcium channel antagonists, it does not have other CV effects. So safe to use in cardiac failure.

Osborne wave seen in hypothermia. Or called J wave, a narrow hump like wave superimposed upon the terminal part of the distal part of QRS complex.
