Looking forward to these sets, never got hold of the original emperor davros, or the resurrection daleks… even though I own a prototype of one of the resurrection daleks 😅
At least you get them in your branches the Redditch hasn’t even had any action figures of Daleks since power of the Daleks and Evil of the Daleks and I couldn’t get either of them sets
According to Facebook both resurrection and parting of the ways has chase variants. I think Chase is an overused word and has become the standard for variant, when it should be referring to something rarer. The fact that there hasn’t been a “rare” variant outside of 3.75” and character building makes me think this is just 50/50 split.
What are the Parting of the Ways variants, if you don't mind me asking? I'm really interested in getting a copy of it since it has potential to have some really interesting Dalek variants to collect, but I haven't heard about what's in it yet.
@@Wanten-the-stormtrooper unfortunately we don’t know yet. This is pure speculation but I am assuming a blowtorch door cutter Dalek (new sculpt as the previous release is the outdated Dalek sculpt) and a variety between emperor guards seeing there’s so many of them
@@acanimations1223 Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I'm wondering if one of the variants will have the rare black-skirted Dalek that you see in the background a fre times, since that one looks pretty cool.
BTW the fender isn't two parts. They stopped using that with dalek alpha From day of the daleks history set onwards Al is using the imperial dalek base which does look kinda amazing compared to the weird ass two half base or the bland one peice
"Chase variants" are fine if you're talking about trading cards where you buy packs hoping to get the rare one, but for a toyline where you can barely even find a B&M store near you and when you do they barely even have normal stock? I don't really collect Character Options figures but was really tempted by the Ultimate Adventure 6th Doctor. My local store had none. I tried in Swansea when I was there and they had none. I was then in Birmingham city centre and that store had no Dr Who toys at all.
@@TomJK2001 I was excited, tired and didn't read that part. And have regularly found B&Ms sell out or never receive the sets I'd really want to get. Thanks for your demeaning and unhelpful comment.
