Kenya's Chief Justice Martha Koome says the postponement of elections in some areas did not result in voter suppression to the detriment of Raila Odinga. Koome says the court found that there were no discrepancies between the votes cast for the president and those cast for the other positions. The court also found that the postponement of the election in some constituencies did not affect the outcome of the presidential vote.
