If anyone is going to start NZ processing or waiting for DL, don't continue the processing because it is wasting your money. There is no recruitment at there and also no refund for cap amount. Lot of processing candidates leads to financial debt because of this.

Visitor visa received what to do now?
@drdrejikumar
@drdrejikumar 2 месяца назад
With the visitor visa, one can go there, finish CAP if admission is done, get APC and search for the job opportunities which is not available right now because those who have all these are spending nearly Rs.55000 per month for survival. When you get APC that itself will take nearly 5.5 months. After 6 months we can apply for extension of visa which has many chances to get rejected. If by any means it gets extended, we can continue our search. If you are lucky enough, you will win the race.! If the economic background is fit enough to carry over these barriers, anyone can proceed with moving to NZ right now. Don't feel bad on hearing this negative words, it's fact.! Never believe the agencies. They will never help us to get a job there as per their promise in the contract agreement. And actually they cannot do anything in this regard. Hence it is advised to take risk to spend money on it according to the person's economic background.😊

Guys everyone is forgetting one basic aspect here. Whether it is student visa or CAP programme, there is no guarantee or assurance for jobs. Doing the respective courses gives you a skill and becomes qualified to apply for jobs. The reality strikes then, you have to go through the process of hunting jobs which is totally upon you. The job market is based on demand and supply as well as economic conditions. At the moment and even for the next 18 months market is quite tough. At the time just after Covid everyone got jobs as demand was more. Now it is the survival of the fittest. Employers have lots of choices and demand is limited. Good luck with your preparation 👍👍. Note - if you get an interview prepare like a do or die battle. Also spent enough time to prepare an excellent resume and don’t use generic resume for all jobs.

It's really cheating on the Indian Qualified nurses. not about cap refund, it's only about the vacancy, the candidates who are in the process for New Zealand are mentally and physically depressed and the country's council does never mind the sacrifice of the candidates almost 1-2 years waiting for the process and now no job in this country! Then why the country is not stopping the Cap course and why they are clearly told no vacancy???
@drdrejikumar

Please think about the nurses who spent several lacks for CAP and returned after understanding that no vaccancy is available now.

I think it will take 18-24 months for things to get better as there’s that much of nurses now getting registered and waiting for jobs. There has been a huge influx of nurses in the last 1-2 years

@drdrejikumar
@drdrejikumar 2 месяца назад
It's almost impossible now to get job there. There's already a ban for appointments already. Almost all places are filled. Few vacancies may be there, which they won't fill in. They planned to run the whole work with the available staff. At present situation is very bad. Many have returned to India after CAP and getting APC. Many have already booked tickets. So better to plan any other country.
