A Single men can’t be exercised two punishments. 1) Naga customary law imposed : victims parent they’ve signed agreement to out from the colony 19yrs old boy. 2) Ipc section 379: is the penal provision for the offence of ‘theft’. Jail plus fine. The point is that The police in-charge who where on duty that day or night should’ve suspended. Life is matters even for poor people.

Suicide in the police custody police personnel on duty should be suspended because the culprit committed suicide in the police custody. N why do the colony council handed over the culprit to the police if they have resolved the problem. I don't know the culprit who committed suicide but in my opinion GOVT should compensate
In 19 year Even us we have done a lot We killed chicken from the neighborhood and used to go picnic or used to eat along with frnds Yeah I realized it's wrong thing to do but the thing is if it's first time or habitual.... And for chicken one must know how to forgive but there must be fine impose on that person under some circumstances but putting to jail for one time commitment for this chicken thing...there was a fault from both owners side, police and the victims side too but all this couldn't happen when there is forgiveness I'm just speechless Rest in peace 🙏
It turned out that the boy was a habitual thief and a substance abuser. The colony people were tired of his behaviour stealing from every neighbour, may it be water pump, gas etc. They warned him and their family many times but Alas! It came to this. Source; From his next door neighbour.

He's been dealt according to a customary law by seperating him from his family and ostracized him from the community and that should be considered a penalty of his crime. The police who arrested him and the concern individual who reported the police is also accountable.

Regarding his prevvious interview i woudl like to state some points Yes I'm a staunch supporter of KCS and still will be, but here i want to enlightened some points regarding his speech. First of all, 1. Gb means gaon bura which translates to village elders and not town elders so the term itself tells us that it is meant to be in the villages and not towns. But here is the point, in nagaland, we cant allow any other non indigenous to be the head law maker or law enforcer. Yes he is appointed by the govt which might makes it look legal but we nagas can revoke it and discontinue the things which can hurt or condradict the nagas future. Even in court he wont stand a chance. 2. Regarding ownership of land its a private property which is protected under article 371a clause 4. And in recent history nagas conquered dimapur and make it nagaland if people forgets how our ancestors and forefathers suffered and sheds blood for that piece of land, people can say dimapur is not for the nagas. And there is an act which prohibits any other indian citizen or enterprises or company to exploit or acquire lands inside tribal belt or areas which we should protect it ourself 3. Customary laws and culture differs from tribe to tribe and even from village to village we cannot put up that traditional law and culture in town, we should look for similarities in between naga tribe and install it or best of all we can use the govt provided laws. 4. Influx and infiltration of immigrants bring more harm than good let me cite an example like USA and european countries. Studies suggest that 76% of all law and order situation are caused by immigrants in us and 80% in european nations which are mostly muslims here im not creating islamophobia but the fact. World safest countries are also the muslim countries like the UAE, the saudi arabia and the qatars why? Because they dont accept immigrants even if they are muslims or any other religion. Yes they keep immigrants to do their works but they keep strict laws or permit which renews yearly. Which kept the mind and brain of the labourers believing that no matter what, they wont be able to live in that countries forever. They keep them and treat them as labours only not their masters. Why dont we do that? Why should we accept the liberals ideology... Haven't we not seen enough how much damages it did to the host country? Recently france was nearly brought down to its knees by the immigrants take it as an example. And our neighbour manipur also recently had an influx of burmese in the tribal areas after the military junta govt which is also the leading factor to the civil war between 2 tribes or community should i say. 5. Last but not the least regarding this appointment of non indigenous or non tribal GB is totally against the wishes of nagas and my opinion. If the speaker thinks everything that a govt recommend and does is legal then we dont have the right to call backdoor appointment in govt jobs as illegal. If we do we are hippocrites. The govt have made a mistake and we the nagas should rectify it before its too late. And yes please call me a keyboard warrior or whatever idc but its is what itches my brain. PROTECT NAGALAND. The police officer or officers involved must face legal repercussions. I'm new to Kahuto and just a couple of days I joined a Group where I saw someone posting against him on the newly appointed GB. So I was curious to know who is this man? Then I just searched his Facebook ID and went on reading his updates on his timeline. Reading his updates made me believe that he is a hopeless con man of Nagaland. Coz his vulgarity was beyond my imagination. But this morning after watched his interview, I was wrong. He's a man who can bring a difference in our state.
