Whoever says they were Christians converting to another religion means they never understood the bible and its message. Christians understood Jesus is the fulfilment of the old testament prophecies and he's the christ that we follow

Brother Sam, I hope you see this message. I am young Christian man who recently gave his life to God in 2020. I was an atheist/agnostic decided to seek truth and brought me to Jesus. I’m bold speaker always been before I gave my life to God. I realized now God has given me the gift of Boldness to defend his name. For the past month a Muslim friend of mine challenged my faith knowing who I was before I was believer. Which sparked a fire in my heart to seek more truth. By watching a lot of your videos and other I’ve learned a lot, however I’m still not satisfied. I was raised Catholic and converted to Islam in my mid 20s and am now a Christian at 45 for the last 3yrs .....a thousand blessings to you two. I consider it a miracle... a personal miracle that I found David wood who shared the truth and helped me open my eyes. And Sam is better than a MMA fighter....he's a man who respects those who treat him with respect....the strength to to not hurt when he could is admirable. But lets help those who are lost, on their way to the narrow path...and not chase them away for honest ignorance. The Quran also says that the prophethood bloodlines remained in the seed of Isaac and Jacob. When Muhammad copied that part of the Bible, he didn't realize that he would get busted later on.

In other words, anyone claiming to be a prophet of God must be born in the Prophetic Race. Since the Qur’an states that prophethood belongs exclusively to the lineage of Isaac and Jacob, and Muslims insist Muhammad is from Ishmael, the Qur’an clearly teaches that the prophetic line came through Isaac - not Ishmael. If Muhammad is a descendant of Ishmael, then he cannot be a descendant of Isaac at the same time, given the fact that Ishmael and Isaac are half-brothers. Thus, it is evident that Muhammad is not a descendant of Isaac. As Muhammad was neither a Jew nor a descendant of Isaac and Jacob, this automatically disqualifies him as a prophet of God.

My father was Catholic, my mother protestant. My dad left the catholic faith no teachings where given to me. I was brought up protestant however. Ive always been agnostic. I married an atheist. We divorced and through his own sins and issues he is now baptised and goes to chapel. Im now finding my faith in God and slowly on the path to belief. Its filling me with a sense of settlement and peace. I want more.
@@sallycent6598 until I was 18, majority of the people around me in school are Muslim. I learned so many things about them as their intention is to convert me but to me, nothing makes sense in the religion. He's probably a weaker version of me.

I wanna really say that I am positively surprised by how this discussion went. When I started the video I assumed, that a young convert would go even more aggressive than that weird doctor. But that was not at all the case, he stood calm, admitted when he made a mistake and remained very very respectful the whole time. In my book for that alone he deserves a huge deal of respect.
That's a low bench mark, respecting some one because they can stay calm and be respectful. That speaks volumes about society, sad really. But I do totally agree with you

I am perhaps a bit naive and new to other beliefs, but it strikes me as incredibly odd to recite a bunch of Arabic words when a person doesn't even know the meaning. I really mean no disrespect, I just don't understand.... Some Catholics are the same when it comes to Latin. I can see ethnic groups worshipping in their vernacular. But aren't many groups making an idol of certain language? It's a little like "magic" words and phrases like 'abracadabra'. I think it's great to learn old Greek and Hebrew for translation reasons, but I believe God knows all languages ever uttered... He hears the hearts of His children, no matter what language they speak. Nothing special about Arabic, Latin, Slovonic, Greek (other than for study reasons.) Do we really think God doesn't understand all speech, or gives preference to certain languages? I never understood this. Sorry for the rant
Thought I was done on this, but I really see it as an incredible problem as I continued to think about it. Even Hebrew roots have this strange dedication to Hebrew words... There's no special magic words. I speak English, but know some Koine Greek and bits of Latin, others, etc. Kyrie Eleison. Or Lord have mercy. Don't we believe God knows English? He created all and we do nothing without Him. Please, I just wish for people to stop making an idol of any language. I see it happening all across the board from Muslims to messianic Jews, to Roman Catholics to Orthodox. I see it as a real problem and I see people worshipping one language or another constantly. It doesn't matter what you speak, God understands all languages, nothing was created without Him and He knows all and knows your heart. Belief in 'magic words' is like witchcraft
And I don't mean there's anything wrong with worship within a particular ethnic nomenclature. But pertaining to my own faith, Orthodoxy, I see a lot of English speaking people turned off by that. We believe in worship in the vernacular, and although some older and immigrant communities English may not be a first language, in many Churches today most are English speaking who don't understand the services. Orthodoxy should be primarily in the major vernacular.
Yeah, only Latin in Catholicism is very strange, people should understand what they are saying. In Russian Orthodox churches - it's in Church-Slavic language, in Pakistan - Urdu, in USA - English. It's more logical)
When I was studying Islam years ago a guy who recited the Quran beautifully was teaching me and I remember asking him what it meant he said he wasn’t sure and when I told him I’d like to learn it in English first he got pissed and said the prophet spoke Arabic and the Quran was revealed in Arabic so our prayers had to do it in Arabic. Even, if you have no idea what it is you’re saying. It took me three years to finally realize the bs that came with it all

I've never thought of it as ignorance. It's belief for them. They believe what they do until they don't. I don't think they are being ignorant.. They're just not ready to listen, if ever.

I'm only now seeing this but I think this is an excellent example of treating a good-hearted person who is in error but open to seeking the truth. If he is baptized then he has the grace of that sacrament and we believe that Our Lord is always seeking His lost sheep. This young man has the zeal of a convert and familial ties pulling him toward Islam, so it is unlikely that he would revert on the spot. Praised be Jesus Christ! Ave Maria!
We are not baptized by water, but by the sacrifice of Christ. There is only ONE PATH to Heaven, and that is by accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Once The Lord has come to sweep the house clean, do not turn from Him, or it will be emptied, and the demon(s) who took up place there, will return with 7 more demons to stake claim.

In Lebanon it is so rare to marry outside of your own community. Lebanese Christians are so attached to their roots, that are deeply entrenched in Christianity and the Messiah. I have a lot of respect for this young man. I think he was being honest and no where full of pride like many Muslims have been from what I’m seen. He was very respectful. I’m glad it wasn’t a bashing back and forth but a real conversation. Nice job to all involved.

Hello I experienced death myself and I tell you we have soul and you know who save me a green cross who appeared on the selling where I was admitted so I know it was Jesus. When I was out in my body I met the souls who died that night I saw the living the room I was confined Saw my mom my sister the only sad thing they cant see me and hear me. Then 3 kids came to the door said to me " lets go everybody is waiting for you outside. Lets go together." But I said I will stay with my family. So they went. I just stood beside my mom very long she really dont know I was beside her. Until a green cross appeared on the selling thats the time I was back to my body. The lord give me a second chance to live again.

My background is genetically Jewish, in both sides of my family. On my father’s side, converters of Christianity occurred in the 1900’s. On my mother’s side, before the 1500’s. I am incredibly grateful and blessed that I grew up in a family that honored and worshipped Jesus Christ. I feel elated when I hear someone is gained for salvation and for the glory of our Eternal Father, Jesus Christ, the maker of Heaven and Earth and of all the Universe. Interestingly the Quran says Allah chose his prophets from Jacob’s and Isaac’s line, thus neglecting Ismail. Ergo, Mohammad cannot have claim to prophethood, because he is from the line of Ismail.
