Fiinally the EP is fulfilled :) I, the Devourer is since I heard it for the first one of my all time favorites. Poetic Edda also is an absolute masterpiece and now with winter and death empress released there is the EP of the year. Yeah i know, producing such masterpieces take time but I cant wait for more. Blakes producing is outstanding. Consider me a fan since first hearing.

Im going to be honest here. I'm a Jazz Kat. I listen to a shitload of Jazz fusion and some more modern sounding jazz. I had a metal phase but that years ago. This. This is fucking phenomenal. I put headphones just beause the comments were saying this was good. Was not dissaponted. I think Im going to go trough another metal phase again becuase of this lol!

guys, i have proof that you did an awesome job! i just showed this song my mom, who mostly listens to swing and get's nausea when i show her my music.... and she said that she really likes it, because there is SO MUCH of the classical spirit sill in the song. she said it sounds to her like satan is storming a church during prayer

I've been listening to music since I was a child. For as long as I can remember, Chopin's 13th Nocturne has been my favorite song, my favorite composition, with nothing even coming close. Winter has brought back that feeling which I'd been chasing for so long, the feeling of utter amazement, being moved to tears by the beauty of the sounds I'm hearing. Thank you for the best piece of music in the last 180 years.

This EP is badass. Basically Ragnarok. "Death Empress" is Hel and the heralding of Ragnarok, specifically talking about Heimdall and his Gjallarhorn. "I Devourer" is Fenrir, as he is chained and finally free to pray on the gods. "Poetic Edda" and "Winter" is the Twilight of the Gods and Fimbulwinter. What a great EP
