DISEQC: HOW TO CONNECT SEVERAL DISHES TO A RECEVER USING DISEQC SWITCHES  

DiSEqC ; short for Digital Satellite Equipment Control) is a special communication protocol for use between a satellite receiver and a device such as a multi-dish switch or a small dish antenna rotor.
DISEQC switch allow us to use more than one LNB for a single satellite receiver. These two LNB can be both Ku band LNBs or 1 C band and other one Ku band.
Under the Antenna Setting, scroll down to DiSEqC Mode. By default, the DiSEqC mode will be either “None” or “Off”. You have to enable this by clicking on it and changing it to DiSEqC 1.0 or any protocol supported by the switch you have at hand.
DiSEqC 1.0 - allows you to switch between 4 satellites
DiSEqC 1.1 - allows you to switch between the 16 satellites
