So zetta finally gets his body bback, and a long time coming I'd say. This game is looking pretty sweet.

@PinoyKun32 I can only agree. Plus, it's nice to finally get Zetta in his Overlord Forme, instead of the Sacred Tome. I wonder there will be a special cutscene between him and Peta if you recruit him before Petta and vice versa, once Petta becomes DLC.

Hmmm... I think you have forgotten about certain attacks, like Desco's second Magichange skill (Balmung) and two of Asagi's skills, one in which she goes gunfights the targets Matrix style, and another in which she catapults everyone into sky, then blasts them back down and carves the word 'Asagi' into Earth with a satellite cannon.

Awesome skills looked awesome!

The skills in this game are too badass (especially the bosses)! ^^ Now I REALLY need to look forward to this game.... Of course, I certainly hope that I'll be seeing the generic characters' attack skills in a future video, too. :)

Laharl doesn't retain his laughter anymore... It's like every character's voice overall will likely fall in quality as years pass with more disgaea releases.

So, erm....Did Flonne lose her ol' "Power of Love" skill in exchange for "Durian Dragon Dranyago" or something? Or did you just not include her "Power of Love" skill because it's not an actual attack? Cuz' that skill saved my ass throughout the first Disgaea and through the latter portion of Disgaea 2. =P

I dont understand why people hates the dub. I found it good.

@SilentStalkerX in Disgaea 1 Flonne was an angel sent to kill Laharl but things hapenned and if you get the good ending she is turned into the red Flonne and joins Laharl thats why

@zettapiface Adell, Rozalin, and HD Asagi are already confirmed for DLC.

@Lineofdeath2 the only other time I think the kick was used was with the fat cat yummy thing, and the feline greed blocked that and he pretty much fell, and in the final the insect one got killed...... cells medals are very powerful apparently.....

Has anyone noticed Pink, from Axel mode in Disgaea 2 has made appearances in Disgaea 4?

I lolz at Axel's Love Dynamite! XD Has much more excitment and laughter than before. But the thing I'm disappointed is that they took out Axel's four-way attack, Shocking Soul. That shoving arm skill thingy... isn't... >.> How should I put it.... Uh... Impressing. But thank you for showing! My favorite dorky character Axel's became awesome already! XD

@KeeperOTDH2 when you create a masked hero, one of the lines he says includes 1-2-3, curse you Kabuto and your counter kick....but yeah, no, recent reference (for the time the game was in production) ftw

I don't recall stating they WERE, it just appears that the good ones have a very varied and large assortment of endorsed items or something asimilar as well as jobs of which I would assume is not only because they are good, but also liked significantly by the public, my opinion on FUN and Manga? Well I like many only know FUN because of Dragonball, of which was in my opinion better than the original, else I don't really DO dubs, & anyone who thinks a country is so uniform is painfully ignorant.

@PinoyKun32 In fact, it has an 8.5 in ign. I think it improveD if we consider that disgaea 3 had a 7.5. Also if old characters in games were a ploblem, street figther series couldn´t be a success.

all the characters look great but really suprised me was that Zetta was in the game ... in a HUMAN BODY O_O

FlonneZilla...the ONLY reason to get the DLC Flonne.

@PinoyKun32 lol yeah i mean strength wise they should be the same but visually meteor impact was way bigger in Disgaea 2. After seeing Flonne and Etna's moves looking stronger, Laharl's moves look weaker ya know. If anything they should have made Laharl stronger since he is the original main character.

Im 100 % sure to get this game, just because of zeta being in it and it has Zeta beam! xD

Does anybody notice? Each game has a "theme" for the main characters' level 3 specials. The first and second have actual ultimate attacks , the third has summons, and this game has transformations. Just a thought...

Well I know at least over in Japan land being a good Seiyu can get you lots of OTHER things and make you quite the idol, I was just wondering seen as there is money to pay for both new voices in a dubbing, and licensing fees for keeping the originals, that dependant on the way they go about it the costs wouldn't be too far apart, after all if the cost of getting DECENT voice actors in the west is around the licensing fees range, it would seem sensible to maintain the writers and creators intent.

@PinoyKun32 Well, I only played the beginning of part 1 so I don't know too much of the series. I just happened to see this vid in related vids for some reason. But aren't there fans that would still feel attached to the old characters? Would keeping the old characters really hurt the series? I'm just wondering what most of the community thinks. Though I haven't even beaten part 1. lol.
