Disgusting Police Abuse Harrasment Aggresive False Arrest 

This is how this goes, you have all the rights in the world(until someone says you don't), then you get the 'processed into prison' treatment, then when they find nothing and realize you were right and they were wrong, abracadabra your rights return. At least the officer admitted his mistake on camera, which is akin to seeing a yeti or UFO.
