It's also the very first clip I ever made that contained subtitles.

It seems that Arkane Studios has decided to put the Dishonored franchise to bed. Lead designer Richard Bare told VG24/7 in a recent interview that the series was being put on an indefinite hiatus. Overall, the sequel only managed to move 2.5 million copies on consoles and PC combined. When compared to the more than 3 million copies of Dishonored sold on PC alone.

Earlier today, news broke that Microsoft is making huge cuts at Bethesda, including closing Arkane Austin, Tango Gameworks, and Alpha Dog Games. This is a result of a widespread cost-cutting initiative that still isn’t finished. Microsoft decided to close these studios to free up resources elsewhere.
Before its closure, Arkane Austin had been looking to return to its roots by pitching a new single-player “immersive sim” game, such as a new entry in the Dishonored series, according to the people familiar.
