Today, I'm taking you on a full tour (2018) of Disney's Art of Animation Resort at Walt Disney World in 4K 60fps! This amazing resort has four areas based on Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid! In this video, I take you through Animation Hall (the main lobby), Landscape of Flavors (food court), the Ink and Paint Store, and all four themed areas of the resort!! The theming in this resort is outstanding, and is a lot of fun for both kids an adults alike! I really enjoyed making this video, and I hope you enjoy it too! Was moved here during Hurricane in Sept 2016. Mixed emotions watching this-great vlog just touchy memories. 😐. I remember being in s throng of people trying to get food for their families. Also, I remember the green army men who came to entertain the children. Some good, some not so good.

We stayed there many times, we stayed in Nemo, Lion King and Mermaid, they are awesome. Every building on each floor as you get off the elevator you see a beautiful mural of the theme. Also in the food court if you go to the mermaid section and look up you will find a hidden mickey. In Ariel collection she has a picture frame with a picture of Mickey. Love all you do, your Resort hopper friends Todd and Veronica.

If you have kids and want to stay on property, you have to go with Art Of Animation. It has good food, pools and the rooms are awesome. I remember going for my 5th birthday, we stayed in a Little Mermaid room. It was a great resort. Once the gondola opens, you’ll be able to go From your hotel to either Hollywood Studios or Epcot in 10 minutes. (Give or take a few minutes, that’s just a guess.) A tip: If it’s a hot day and the nemo pool is busy, head to the cars pool. It’s never very busy, and the water is heated more than the others.

Love Art of Animation! This has become our Hurricane Resort the past two years due to evacuations near the coast. We love the spacious family suites, as well as the great food court that AofA offers! Hopefully, we don't get another Irma or Mathew this year, but if we do this is the place to be! Thanks Josh for another great Resort Tour! Happy Sunday to Y'all from the Mouse Street Peeps!

Thanks for this resort tour Josh. We have never stayed at AOA, might consider it one year. I'm a sucker for the resorts that feel Disney, as in larger than life and so colourful. I like the feeling of being in a Disney resort. The landscape photos or prints do look awesome in the lion king section of the food hall, as is the finding Nemo section. The detail and thought put into these value resorts is stunning! So picturesque with a classic Disney feel. We always have stayed at All star movies, love it there. 😀

Great video thank you wish they had the tram toy when I was a kid too. My first trip was 1979 (i was 5)and they used the trams at fort wilderness instead of buses. I thought it was one of the rides lol

Josh, you may have learned this since this video was posted, but I wanted to offer some clarification on what you said about the relationship between Pop Century and Art of Animation. You have it mostly correct: Pop Century as we know it today came first, with plans to do a second version of Pop Century where Art of Animation sits now, which was delayed due to 9/11. Here's the slight clarification: When 9/11 happened, construction had already begun on Phase 2 of Pop Century. Those buildings, which sat unfinished for years, are now the Little Mermaid section and feature the standard economy "All Star" type rooms you enter from outside, just like Phase 1 of Pop Century. In the interim from when Pop Century was constructed to when Art of Animation was approved, the whole "family suite" idea had become a thing, and so those bigger rooms, with interior entrances, were built new and became the Cars, Nemo and Lion King wings. There was never any remodeling as it were, more like re-imagining. Again, my apologies if this is old news to you. Just discovered your channel during your Magic Kingdom fireworks stream on the 3rd. Videos are nicely done. My son works in guest relations so we are no strangers to the parks. We will certainly say hello if we run into you.

In 2016 I stayed at Art of Animation for 2 weeks. For ten days I was in Little Mermaid and last four nights stayed in the Lion King Suite. This year for 3 weeks will be staying at Riverside French Quarters, All Star Sports, Art of Animation with my sons family in the Nemo, end my trip at Polynesian Studio Deluxe Villas/Bungalows

Hi Josh this hotel doesn’t seem to have all its glory like many of the other resorts. It looks like Disney bought a Howard and Johnson hotel and painted it and themed it. I know a few people that stayed in this hotel in the little mermaid and when they left for the parks and came back no one had made the bed left fresh towels or even vacuumed. Idk I just find this hotel very disappointing in comparison to other properties at disney

I actually really love this resort. If you visit in person, I think you might appreciate it more. It was originally supposed to be another Pop Century, but they did a huge remodel and rethemed it.

Sorry you feel that way. I don’t want to be like others on RU-vid who exaggerate everything and get way too excited. I prefer this style; so that’s what I do. Several of our viewers prefer it too. We are a lot more animated on our live streams because they’re more interactive. Check those out if you get a chance.
