I think at the 4:30 mark there is a minute or so of Serenity Bay, but then it goes back to the main scuba area. The water is pretty shallow around Serenity Bay and there isn't a lot of habitats or shelters for the fish to hang around in. The action is at the Snorkeling Lagoon off Castaway Family Beach.
