great video! I want my kids to install this APP as well, but I do not want them to use "Connect to Internet", as you dont know what they might use Internet for and that could be expensive. is that possiable? or, I should not let any kids to install this APP at all. Thanks.
Hey! Great question (no one wants their kids to drain that precious - and expensive - internet!) haha. When you purchase an internet package, it's per device so it won't be attached to the kids devices. It's a really great tool to keep connected with the family!
I’m about to have my first Disney cruise but I’m absolutely scared that none of the excursions will be available for us once I get a chance to book :( 💔 same with the adult only dining..
What excursions are you looking to book? For the most part, I don't think you should have an issue securing these. Adult dining is a little different, but as soon as your window opens, go to book it asap! If you end up not getting it, try to get the earliest boarding group you can and go straight to put your name on the waitlist

Hi, thanks for the video! First time cruiser. We will be traveling with a bigger group, and someone else will be booking all the staterooms. Can we each pay for our own extra cost items separately in our own app accounts? When it says "charged to stateroom" does that mean it goes on the card of the person that booked/paid?
Hi! Great question! When you do your online check in, it will ask you you’re preferred method of payment. This is where you can add your card for expenses :) Have so much fun!!!
When do you sail? First you would link your existing reservation to the app. Once your onboard activity and excursion booking window opens, you'll be able to book those through the app. Once you're on the ship, you'll be able to see the daily itinerary and be able to have chats in the app - I hope that helps?
You won't be able to do anything in the app until your booking window opens, which if you are Silver, opens at midnight EST 90 days before your sailing
