Disney Cruise Packing List Staples: What I ALWAYS do! 

YOU POSTED THIS THE DAY I STARTED PACKING FOR MY DISNEY CRUISE!! 😮

I also have a standard packing list for cruising. It’s so handy. I also add to it regularly and I maintain a “cruise wish list” on my Amazon account. I add new things to it that I discover (like that bag you featured (at least I hope I can find it on Amazon. I haven’t checked, yet) I ) plus items that I regularly need to replenish for a cruise. It’s nice to know that I’m not alone in my packing zaniness.

I have at home a fixed assigned drawer for my Disney Cruise stuff: door Magnets, magnet hook, FE hanger, usb fan, organizer-packing bags, big laundry bag "wash me" (best thing ever, you should add to your list: "2 Pack Extra Large Travel Laundry"-), passport organizer, envelope with dollar bills (that I go accumulating from one trip to the next), Disney Gift cards (news and olds in case of a refound something), pirate clothes, other Disney clothes than we wouldn't use anywhere elses (yes, I have that clothes), cruise-ears headband, Castaway club bag, diney sunglasses, tea-battery-lights. (I think that's all LOL)

Question-but first, love your videos and I’m definitely going to buy that bag! I see you have corkscrew on your packing list. Is that because you are particular about using your own from home? Your room host will of course bring you wine glasses and a corkscrew to enjoy the bottle you brought aboard, no charge. It’s the first thing we ask for when we get to the room.

I have 2 of those Kavu bags. I love them so much. They are my go to for a day out on the town.

A suggestion for the bags you pack for you, spouse, kids: Mix up the contents so that each bag has essentials for all of you (underwear, shoes, tops and bottoms). That way, if a bag is lost or delayed, you all still have something to change into.

I over packed on my first cruise for sure, my family was positive we had to get way more dressy than we did. Sadly I can’t be in my bathing suit all day on this cruise I would be very chilly! We are going to Alaska in the fall, so I am positive we will over pack again as we need to pack for warm, cold and wet.

I always put a few coat hangers in suitcase. There never seems to enough on the ship

i mean we hsve one party store near us but i don't think they have like anniversary stuff.

Are you allowed to carry on bottled water...Gatorade...sodas in cans/bottles etc. If so, how much? Also snacks, etc....

Hi! Some people suggest that when packing we should pack at least one outfit per person in each of the luggage bags, just in case some of the bags get lost you know you will have something to wear...Have you ever had issues with lost luggage?

Ashley....are you allowed to buy alcohol in the ports and bring it on the ship? Having a discussion with son and daughter. We all sail on Mar 30.

Why doesn’t Disney Cruise Line offer a diet caffeine free soda? I bring my own (diet Sunkist orange), too! They used to have Sprite Zero, but then stopped offering the fountain version and just have it in cans (which cost $$ at the bars). On our first cruise after the change, I told our dinner servers that I would only have water with dinner. Later that night, I returned to the cabin to find a Sprite Zero six-pack and a note from the servers, with wishes for more enjoyable meals accompanied by something other than water. Now that’s pixie dust! If only they would add a diet caffeine free option permanently. My add to the list is liquid hand soap for the cabin bathroom. I don’t like bar soap and keep Purell for when we’re out and about. And I learned the hard way about forgetting hats and sunglasses. All this planning talk makes me want to go on another cruise! This will be my 1st Disney cruise, I have only done Carnival, What I normally carry on with me is a carry on, My garment bag and my bathroom bag that has full size bathroom products, can I do this with Disney as well?
