Im a recovering addict, so when you said a friends of Bill W. Meeting, i knew exactly what it was😂 thats super cool that they have meetings on the ship! I dont go anymore, but they can be super important for some people, so its cool to know theres meetings on the cruise. If you ever hear someone paging friends of bill w., its usually someone who is struggling and is asking for help. Ive heard it on a plane before, but its a well known thing for people in the community, especially AA❤
“It’s almost like the ship is saying do you want to go outside?” “Do you want to go outside?” “No.” 😆 You two are hilarious and also so relatable. Thank you for making this video! I came across it while researching about Disney cruises as I want to take my two kids. The tips are great for a first timer like myself.
my cat currently has a UTI and it has me stressed out and sad but I went and got some food and clicked on this video and Im feeling better. Thanks for being here to cheer people up!
Thank you for giving us YOUR tips and tricks instead of just spouting off all the ones everyone has heard before. Thank you!! And good tips and tricks btw.
I really really enjoyed this laid back "behind the scenes" video. Like I said before, I found you from Shane and I just adore you two already! I grew up in Huntington Beach so Disney was my life. You guys bring that magic back into my heart.
Hello from New Zealand! Just wanted to quickly say that both my mum and I are going on our first Disney Cruise on board the Disney Wonder from Auckland in December. I also wanted to say a huge thank you to you both for this video as it couldn't have come at a better time and certainly helped out a lot with our very first cruise. Have a great day
Thank you for this! This video is helpful for when I go with my wife! I always look forward to these. I’m excited for Halloween content!! 🎃 (p.s. Loved the scene where you guys ordered room service and peters voice gets sped up 😂)
I've watched so many Wish videos and you guys have the most informative content BY FAR!!! This is actually really useful information and turned me on to the Wish even more. Love the "Pro Tips" on all your videos. Thanks!
Hi Peter and Kitra. Thanks so much for the tips and tricks. Nice to know the Disney Wish has a laundry room. I especially enjoyed the tips on how to get on the ship early and making reservations in the more popular spots. Really enjoyed this video. Hope you both have a great weekend.
You all are the first who have mentioned the Pirates Night "Kiss Goodnight" and I LOST IT. Peter Pan is my favorite and I will be booking my big butt down there to see it! Thank you for all the great tips, I will be using several (if not all) on my Wish Cruise in October!
Hi guys. So if you are flying in, stay at the Hyatt at MCO the night before and use Disney transportation. That will get you an early boarding group #. I just checked in for my cruise and I got a PAT of 11am(which doesn't really matter) and boarding group number 3. Either book the Hyatt through Disney, or if you find a better deal on your own, then let Disney know that you are staying at the Hyatt so that they have you on the list. For anyone who likes hot wings, the room service ones are good. Also, the restaurants are full kitchens and have the standard items even if they are not on the menu. So you can get something like a Caesar salad every night if you want. Be sure to tip your serving staff extra if you have them run around though.
That Alcoholics Anonymous idea meeting with Bill W. on a cruise ship is super interesting, especially when you have an alcoholic drink of the day that costs 5.50$.
Thank you for the video. I’m working on planning our first ever cruise out of San Diego. It’s a little overwhelming but Figuring it out, these videos help. 😊
This is a GREAT video for those of us who are newbies!!!!!!!!!! I hope you’ll do another one. You are a wealth of information ❤ Kitra, I love love love you did the Bo Biddley! (Glitter) so cool and I think Belle would enjoy Harry Pitter ☺️
Hi there! I watch often but comment infrequently, sorry! I did want to mention, in one of your last videos you said we might be sick of the WISH videos but I definitely am not and very much appreciate all the details! I have a private playlist for travel research and saved them all! I turned 52 this year and have only been able to afford one vacation my entire life! 😄 and I went to Disney World when I graduated University back in 1994! I was lucky enough to stay at the Polynesian Resort and back then it was affordable and all inclusive! I definitely can’t afford it now but the WISH seems a great option for me as I save up for my second vacation which will hopefully be when I am 55-60! Thanks again!! Your efforts are appreciated! Hope the ankle is better! Love from 🇨🇦
Thank you so much for posting this. We are going on the Wish at the end of the month. This video has been one of the most helpful things for us to watch!
FINALLY!!! I enjoyed all your previous videos. But this was what I needed!! A BIG THANK YOU!!! Now, can you answer a few more scenarios, please? Like: 1. luggage; people talk about finding itr at your room (how, when, ???) but at the same time I see people with back packs walking onto the boat...so the luggage option is optional? 2. Rotational Dining; how does that happen, do we have to select it on the app, during check in, are we informed by the cruise (how, when?) who gives us the rotational schedule? 3. What things NOT to do (pro nono tip?) on board? How do we tip? (you go room service but I did not see how you gave them a tip) What about disembarking: Do we tip then? ( I'm used to leaving the $$$$ on the night table), 4. Getting up very early in morning (like 5am); what's open and what's closed? 5. "IF" we go to a pool or hot tub..do we just walk around in our bathing suits and bathrobes from our room? OR do we disrobe at the place and leave our clothes on a chair? 6!!?!?! What about SECURITY? Do I leave my wallet at the room (I case I need $$$$???) or other valuables while moving around the boat. I know there is a safe; I'm just wondering about when we are out and about...very nice video thank you....
You guys are awesome, best tip video so far! Would love to see you do a cruise for concierge experience as well as talk about tipping on these cruises (which apparently went through some recent changes I heard).
I love your videos. You make me want to go on a cruise on The Wish. That Mickey on your coffee...OMG so cool!!!!!!! I want a machine that does that in my house lol
Hi!! Just came back from the Wish a week ago and the one tip I can share is the elevators!! Since there are only 2 elevator areas on the ship (Forward and Aft), if you look on the top left of each elevator, it will actually show you how far up the elevator will go. This is helpful versus waiting for each elevator to open up and have you look at the buttons.
10:35….I wonder if there are any other cruise lines that do this…I am quite impressed they offer this! (I am not a friend of Bill W myself…but both of my parents were…)
I think the laundromat is pretty awesome. It was a life saver for a couple whose luggage was lost on another channel! Thanks for sharing that experience!💕
I would love a DCL for beginners type of video if you haven’t done one! We want to go on our first ever cruise in the next couple of years and I feel so lost in how some it works!
Loved all your tips! Was wondering, we have the taller version of the beer mug from years past on our first cruise, can we bring that one on board? Also, for Hyperspace Lounge, can you just hangout at the bar or anywhere inside or will we always need reservations? Thank you in advance for your reply. You two are awesome!! 🫶😊
Great video, as always. We were on the Wish a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was a beautiful ship and we had a great time, but there are things that I did not love. Too many bars for example. Also, the adult area is so much bigger and better on other Disney ships. I think we walked in once and walked right out too. We never returned. The thing that bothered me the most is the fact that there is only one hot tub on the ship. One? That is crazy.
