Well - Finally a good reason to call the 800 number and complain. They put the wrong Doorables in the case! How can I get a dupe when I bought separate culled selections of Doorables?!

I love the Mickey 's, fozzy bear & animal. Call them & explain i think they'll send u a new box. They did that with another person I watch. Can't believe how Brian was laughing at u.

Interesting...I may need to call that number on the box! The entire thing was hilarious. It is always entertaining when companies make mistakes while packing the boxes. My favorite error is when the toys are released with the wrong voice packs!

Prince Phillip and Ariel were replaced by Fozzie and King Triton...so did they run out of those particular figures or did someone not pay attention to who they placed in the bags

Or Fozzie is really just an evil villain! LOL - but yeah....I don't know what happened. And this is not the only one where we get figures that we shouldn't!

My villain set was completely wrong, I got 2 of the Ursula, 3 different Stitches, 2 Olaf’s and an Ariel from series 8 😭😂 so annoyed

Well, that is an interesting Villains set! Did you get any of the characters that were supposed to come in the box!?!? It is hilarious and frustrating all at the same time. I have been told to call the customer service number, some people were fortunate to have their set replaced. I have not tried it myself though, so I can not speak from personal experience.

@@boredhouseflies8789 I only got Ursula of the ones supposed to be included (and there was 2 of her). Tbf I needed all the others so wasn’t too bad but still annoying. I only bought it today so came on RU-vid to see if others had the same problem 😂 and I’m in the UK, so not sure where to contact but I’ll look into it!

@@boredhouseflies8789 thank you , you too! I’ll prob just keep cos I need them ones anyway, it’s just annoying cos some sets are harder to find in the UK, we don’t get as much of a range over here.
