Disney Dreamlight Valley 2023 Content Update Deep-Dive!! 

My father recently passed away and I bought my mother a switch oled with this game. Best purchase ever. She only needs 4 more pets to collect and plays it daily. This next patch will bring much joy to her. This game helps her a lot to cope with reality, makes me really happy when she tells me what she did and which friends she captured. It's the little things we must enjoy.

It’s still so odd to me they haven’t added any more princesses yet, mostly Tiana right now, cause not only are there several of her recipes in the game but one of the first quests was literally called “Dig A Little Deeper”.

Everything looks very exciting but I can't help but be a little disappointed that Belle seems so far off still. 🥺

Very interesting to here more of your thoughts! I’m thinking maybe to get MIRABEL, we find an old candle somewhere and go in a quest to relight it, and when we place it in our valley, we get casita, and MIRABEL is stuck in a room trying to hide from the forgetting.

I can’t wait for Olaf to come in February, he is so absolutely adorable

I just have to say, I've been watching a lot of DDV youtubers lately and you're my favorite. I always get the best DDV news coverage here. Keep up the great work Tinkerlily!

All of a sudden it dawned on me that it also could be Belle or Merida or Rapunzel, as well as Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty for Princess racing into the valley as well. Remember Belle raced to save her dad on horse and raced to try to save Beast, Merida as a wild child did a lot of racing around too trying to save her brothers. And Rapunzel and Finn did so much of that too... As well as classic Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty, both trying to escape spells. Any of them could have gotten locked into the pumpkin visiting the Fairy godmother by the forgetting. Anyhoo I am excited, hoping for early release in February.

i don't think anyone has mentioned this but the silhouette in the window for the pumpkin house on the roadmap somewhat resembles the fairy godmother

There is a space opposite of mickey's secret door in the castle that looks like it could also hold a door, so maybe we would have to find a doorknob for Mirabel's door?

I am very happy with this roadmap. It has something for me every step of the way. Even if I don't get a new character I'd love every major update, there are other things in the update I do love. This is going to be a fantastic year for me in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

It would make sense to bring Belle in an ‘update’ for early access at the same time as the full game. That way we can all play a new story line with the ‘main’ character on the artwork as new players are joining the game

I'm really hoping for Rapunzel because they have Mother Gothel but not her, I honestly just don't understand why she wasn't put in but Mother Gothel was.

I’m very excited that Mirabel is coming to the game! Encanto is one of my favorite movies and I’m hoping more Encanto characters will be added to the game as well! Especially Bruno, he’s adorable!

I’m also thinking first week in February! I can’t wait!!

Oh right, this game! I was waiting for it to release while all the content creators where trying it out, and then it went silent and I forgot about it. Is it any good? It's an adventure game, right?

Part of what makes this game ok for kids is the lack of multiplayer. Not happy to hear this will be a multiplayer game. Hope there is a way to keep strangers from interacting with my child.

How did you get Anna and Kristoff’s house to look like that at the 4 min mark?

I know the main thing is olaf since frosted heights but I want mirabel more then olaf lol (sorry olaf)

February 7th wouldn't be a good day with Hogwarts Legacy is prerelease foot the Deluxe and Digital addition 72 hours before February 10th
