The treehouse is definitely the RL treehouse that we see in the opening sequence of the game. That area doesn't look like DDLV, because it isn't - its the RL area that our character played in as a child, and our character returns there, falls asleep, and enters DDLV in his/her sleep. I'm guessing the new one in the screen shot was created by our shadow self in remembrance of this one.

At first I thought it was additional surprise villager, but now I'm going with it's our dark version peering out of the door looking into the valley. If you pay attention to the story, they've been watching all along. I also thought, for a minute, I was able to move the pumpkin house from getting the grab icon over it. But, alas, it was just a twig hidden under it.

i love the game the only down side i hate is the crashes and bugs,which any normal developer would do patch up dates more instead of waiting from major update to update. did have an email saying that the friend statue maybe back in future,also may add sparkles or sounds when near chests which i sugested to them.😊

I think the reason people are so excited about Belle more so than Vanellope because Belle was a part of the original key art and the original loading screen front and center and all that so she's basically been being teased as comming at some point for pretty much the entire existance of the game.

My game runs smoothly but I have ONE glitch. Sometimes when you open the map, a glitch will get triggered where it becomes blank and doesn't allow you to click anywhere. You also get stuck on that page and are unable to save the game 😭That meme was so relateable xD

You keep asking how we'd get inside the Treehouse when getting inside every building is just loading into a different instance with the same door opening character animation, even places that have no door. So you'll just stand in front of the ladder and activate the "enter" interaction, and you'll load into the room 😂😂 I'm not sure why you have a hard time with this concept? They don't need to make you climb anything to access the building lmao

On the Switch, if you don’t save before opening the map, it’ll crash. So we have to save constantly. And sometimes when we open the screen to save, it crashes. It’s frustrating that’s for sure.

@@kaylahaas I have the original switch and I don't have any of the crashing problems BUT I have 244.5 GB of free space. I think the problem comes from not having a good amount of space on your switch.

The animals on the toy..one with the fox is Robin Hood. Forgetting to save before opening the map = the map can stop working sometimes and cause problems that sometimes has you closing and opening the game again

I play in Switch and PS5. My main issue with Switch is the crashing. It does it a lot when I design clothes, but I've had it crash in other places to. I think this game has so many things going on at once, which poses a challenge for the Switch's hardware.

so if you go back to your first look video back when you first started playing DDLV go to time stamp 2:47 you will see where the tree house is. It was a real picture.

I have a theory: The intro story is in that spot with the tree house is where we played as a child. Then we fall asleep and go to the DREAMlight valley, wichgc is basically an imaginary version of that place with the treehouse and the TOY caslte. Thats why it looks similar to the valley, but different. That what i understand from the inteo animation anyways.

Strange I play switch and since the updates I've had no crashing but I do naturally save every task anyway (learnt the hard way with pokemon saved before the first gym got to the league batteries died....)

I have not really had any major issues playing on the Switch. I have my DDV Steam account the same account I use on my Switch so I can go back and forth between the two for times when I travel and don’t want to drag my laptop along. I do have a huge memory card on my Switch.

Just sharing, I am playing on OLED and it didn’t crash as often as every 2-4 mins and moving big things doesn’t freeze my switch as often. Perhaps mine crash after long hours of playing 🤷‍♀️ not sure what’s with this inconsistencies though. Hope they’ll optimise before the FTP..

Y'all need to stop with the Tarzan talk. The family of Edgar Rice Burroughs will not allow Disney to use their property again. They were extremely unhappy with Disney's version of Tarzan. And that's why you don't find any current memorabilia or game versions of the property.

@Lin Douglass the only reason I brought it up in the first place is because I've heard the same thing on several different videos concerning Dreamlight Valley. But the Tarzan franchise doesn't appear in Disney Magic Kingdom, Disney Mirrorverse, or in the new Speedstorm games. And they never will. Because the ERB estate won't allow it. It's okay to hope/ dream about what you want. But the truth is easier to deal with. I hope with every fiber of my being that I am wrong. I hope Disney can come to some term with the estate. Because again, I would love for the Tarzan franchise to become part of all the games I mentioned. 😁

Its just ridiculous, if you are going to release a game for a console then it should work on thr console. We thought since it available on our console that it would work, so we bought it. But they dont care they got their money apparently knowing very well that it would have issues on this system. Not fair to the customers at all, very bad business. I have gottem burnt out because it is almost unplayable at the moment. I feel like i have to try to tear down my whole valley because of it. And that is a task to do without it crashing.
