Also I used to live in Louisiana for a long time though I’m not Cajun, but how you pronounced Etoufee is how I heard it pronounced the most, as “eh•too•fay”. 😄I have also heard it pronounced as “ay·too·fay” some. I think Google may list the American version to say it as also “ay·too·fay”. Great job! 😄👍👏
Beignets I think may be pronounced as “ben-yays” or if only one item “ben-yay”, if I can remember right. I could be mistaken though! You said it better than most people say it though! 😄 I think because it is Cajun /French it is spelled differently like that.
