Getting it on deck, n played a bit of the demo. Kinda awesome having a Wii game coming to Steam. 😁 I wish MySims wasn’t only coming to Switch. That’s a hella throwback.
I’ll be picking this one up on my Steam Deck, personally. Performance is going to be better, and the game is already so much cheaper on PC. Retailers such as CD Keys are already selling the PC version for around £30 here in the UK, which is a big difference compared to the £50 of the Switch version. Great video, though! I was fully expecting performance issues on the Switch port considering that it’s developed by Purple Lamp. I won’t say they did an awful job, it was a decent port that I had fun with, but Battle for Bikini Bottom was proof to me that Purple Lamp aren’t the greatest at optimising for Switch.
Switch Version! It's all personal preference really, I play Old Castlevania games, graphocs and frame rates don't matter to me. if i want high fps etcetera I'll play on Pc, For something like this, It doesn't bother me. good footage there fella. :)
I was shocked how disappointing the Switch version was. I expected it to be competent considering it was great on Wii, but wow, what a shame considering most people will probably get it on Switch.
Well to be fair there's not a single main company (sony, xbox , Nintendo ) that charge fairly for remasters, i mean just look at Nintendo remaster that just add antialiasing and are sold for 50-60 ☠️ So this price was probably expected xd
Steam Deck will always be the better option. Better graphics and better frame rates. But it’s all personal preference. Buy the game where you feel like you’d enjoy it most.
I played the demo on both myself and the difference is crazy tho I noticed the menus and loading screens are better on switch as it's edge to edge as on deck there's white bars on the loading screens that I'm not a fan of but visually and gameplay wise deck wins tho if it's a complete on cartridge physical I'll get it on switch but if not I'll get it on deck Also I was very impressed with how the game feels to use the paint/thinner I was worried because the original used the Wii's pointer controls and it's not always the best translation form that to a controller but they nailed it
Why do people have a love affair with plastic on a shelf? What does it do for you seriously? I own a couple of physical games but I keep them tucked away, I don’t need to display them and turn my living room into a blockbuster from 90s.
@@luism8130you’re only thinking from YOUR perspective. I prefer the Steam Deck over the switch anyway but I Absolutely LOVE collecting physical copies. They’re like trophies or posters in a room. The same way people love collecting Vinyls or CD’s. People like me geek out over walking into our room & just looking at them. Also in times of emergencies I’ve had to sell physical copies to make money in the past. There are so many reason you’re not thinking of, why we love physical copies. Owning just digital means you don’t own it lol we’ve seen companies take music, games & movies off digital sites plenty of times & when they do that. You’ve spent money on it for no reason lol
