For cindarella this isn't her real name but it's a tacky nickname,that her stepmother&stepsisters give to Ella, because she became a scullery girl gets dirty with ash/cinder so if you change it could become cinder(because like rapunzel&snow is a genderless word)or cinderEL(because many male names finish with -EL like Michel,Uriel,Raphael,Gabriel,Daniel,Ariel...etc)or Ash(because this word can be indicative both the ashes&this male name)! Honestly I think that some names can be the same even with genderswap(snow white&rapunzel because exist only in their fairytales moreover are names completely made up for their stories&anyone wouldn't use them as first names in the real life,Ariel NOW it's a name for both the genders but ORIGINALLY it was ONLY FOR MALE)! .....Honestly its obsessive, unhealthy and creepy no matter if its frollo original or genderbent. Which it should be. I'm glad the genderbent version draws attention that sexual harassment etc is applicable to all...not just one gender. It's a wonderfully well made song and does its job but it gives me the creeps.

I am pleased with this video. However, I did find 3 instances where the songs weren't changed, where they should have been. Meg, from Hercules, still referred to himself as a her. Shang, from Mulan, was still asking for "sons instead of daughters". Of it had been a true genderbend, she would have been looking for "daughters instead of sons". The song was sang correctly as "Father knows Best", but titled "Mother knows Best". Hewever, for a genderbend video like this, a few small mistakes were expected. For only 3 to have been seen, it was a great video. 👏

Honestly a lot of the songs are great in that they can be used for a guy or girl singer.(I wish that these were more recognized by the general public. Like sung at talent shows etc.) Context within the show depends on the show. Depends on the historical context and society cultures involved. It would be interesting if they did a common fairy tale but told it from the point of view of a character that isn't usually the main character. Rather then a later movie. Heck they could even do companion films but in the same style just different perspectives.

Gender is relative, what matter is who you really are ❤️. These versions are valid and lovely exactly like the original ones. My favorite are the male Ariel, Snow White and the female Hercules.

Pocahontas is good to be male version since i think it can portray indians also like they would change the story where instead of making the male before who love pocahontas a gender bend they should make him his brotger who has other thoughts about the situation.
