Oh, no. Another NGO that's training locals how to make income from a different source. I have recently read of an NGO working with the Madagascar government to make it illegal for anyone to cut down a protected national forest. The population living on the edge of the forest has grown and they need more farmland to support themselves. So the NGO gave them money to provide an alternative source of money. It turned out to not be enough money, and a lot of people received no money at all. I am suspicious of western educated people from industrialized democratic countries flying in to poor countries and trying to change things.
