Cool but Disney, nor any company doesn't "needs a 'diverse' group" to do anything. Disney and every business, needs the Best people available. If you hire by "color," you get a colorful lunch room. If you hire by ability-you get a good or great company/products.

He could not have meant black when he said diverse, since you need more than black to be diverse...And he works for Disney so if not diverse enough, take it up with them
