I like how luke has the lightsaber when they crash but then Obi-Wan gives him it later. SO essentially, Yoda's last words "There is another Skywalker..." must have ended with "...'s Lightsaber for the future and shit"
I feel like people are overreacting here, this is Disney Infinity a game that's literally based on toys and isn't supposed to be taken seriously, and a kids game. Kids don't care about accuracy they just want see and play as their favorite Star Wars characters. Hell I don't care that this isn't accurate to the original trilogy, I fine it interesting to see them in places where they weren't in the films. Also this isn't the only play set that isn't accurate to the films: You got the Incredibles one where Syndrome is alive, Monster's university where their still in the college, Hell the clone wars isn't accurate ether as Maul has his regular legs. If those aren't accurate than this doesn't need to be accurate, and it does look like its fun to play.
now if they did something like the clone wars game and ahd an all new story, maybe something like starting with the battle of yavin, the escape of the yavin IV base, fleet actions, then the battle of hoth it might have been ok
I wonder if there will ever be a darker Star Wars game, one with realistic graphics where you can cut clones or soldiers into pieces with a lightsaber, even droids but with glowing effects on the injuries similar to the movies.
The Revenge of the Sith game is pretty brutal. The graphics are as movie-accurate as you can expect for a game from 2005, and you can cut clones' arms off.
Such a poor representation of the films, if Disney owns Star Wars, why the hell can't they tell the actual damn story instead of this bullshit kid-friendly story.
they completely skipped the whole bespin part and you can battle lord vader with tattoine luke and the no i am your father scene is supposed to be in cloud city not in hoth and luke is supposed to lose his old saber and his hand also how did luke learn about the force this didnt even had the dagobah part

They should have just ripped audio from the films like they do in the LEGO games. It would have forced them to create a more accurate reconstruction of the story.

Yeah I came here for one scene. Just to see how bad it was. It's the one where Darth Vader kills obi wan. And since this is Disney.. I kinda saw that coming. You don't see Vader hit obiwan. It cuts so you only see his clothes fall. I fast forward to see Darth Vader tell look he is his father.. on hoth. I'm done. Or I thought I was done until as I was typing this, they skip cloud city all together and just immediately are told there a giant ball of death hovering over endor and theres a shield generator that protects it and you have to destroy it with the help of lando. The guy that didn't even fuckn land on endor. He was destroying the death star in the movies, but whatever who gives a shit. And oh my god. I can't believe it gets So.. so much worse. You play as a tatooine version of luke against vader in the emperors throne room............... When they fight on hoth Luke runs away. So basically after 0 time has passed and Luke has received 0 training. Now he can beat Vader... Yeah. I'm perplexed at how much Disney doesn't give a shit. Also landos voice is fake asf. And when you hop in an AT-ST your character just leaves his head poking out for the whole world and enemies to see. This is the most degraded version of Lego star wars. YOU HAVE TO BUY ALL THIS SEPARATE😂😂😂😂😂 I'm glad to have been a kid when I was😂😂😂😂😂CANCER
