Bob Gurr is one of the original Disney Imagineers. Bob designed the Utopia Cars, the Viewliner Train of the Future, the Monorail, The Matterhorn train, and the list goes on. He's also a an Art Center College of Design alumnus and an automotive designer.
Bob worked for Ford Motor Company in the 1950s before joining Walt Disney Enterprises to help launch Disneyland.
Bob wrote a seminal book "How to Draw Cars of Tomorrow" in 1952 which helped inspire a new generation of automotive stylists.
Bob Gurr is still going strong at 92 years of age. He keeps a busy schedule, traveling the world to lecture about his remarkable design career- and he continues to inspire.
