Dress designer here and just in case no has mentioned it, the layer above the petticoat/ crinoline is a duchess satin, it's often used in higher end garments and handles much more like a taffeta. 🙂That silver lace is stunning! 😍

Does she have a structure underneath to keep her skirt full? I’m blind so I can’t see and I’m always on the lookout for high-quality dolls in giant ballgowns :-)

The skirt is very thick so it stays pretty full but unfortunately there’s only a flimsy structure :( they intend that you leave the tissue paper in there I think
