Disney should have been investigated back in 2019 when the SEC whistleblower came out which is why I harp on it so much. Had she been listened to add something done like an investigation a lot of things would have been found out back then. But that's the point they didn't want them found. The government and the media were already in on it and she knew that and she was trying to get it out. That woman was fighting and they were fighting to stop her and in the process of the struggle her husband ended up committing suicide. They should be charged with his murder.

Do a 1-2 knock out of denying the major investors wealth, and ripping apart the entity. Create such a high cost for interfering with elections in this way, that NO ONE wants to risk it. Then, determine how all of the board, and other executives played a part in this. Anyone found having known about, and encouraged fined - and potentially bared from operating a publicly traded company for the next 10 years. CEO of Disney, and of ABC likely should fall under this category basically by default - as either they knew about it, or they were extremely neglectful: And in either case, their failures lead to this outcome. Basically: Investors must take the financial hit, as investors should be reasonably aware of what they are investing into. Board of directors need to take a serious hit. And management that was in the know needs to be skewered for their active roll. Basically, the more direct say a person has, the greater the penalty needs to be: And if you buy shares into a company - you are buying ownership, and with ownership comes a share of responsibility with the limit of loss being on the value of the shares at the time of purchase.

@@365ral I am not talking about politics in the form of openly choosing a candidate. Instead, he and his attorneys lobbied (paid $$) in order to get a sweetheart deal with Florida state politicians. He essentially was able to lobby for Disney to be able to be have complete control within the municipalities they resided. Which, until recently when DeSantis started to go after these longstanding deals, they were able to do.

I think that Trump should have anticipated them breaking the rules, and had a nice quip that turned it all back on them. Something like: "Glad to see your fact checking is up to Hunter Biden laptop standards." or "Glad to see your journalism standards are calling one government official and then going back to sleep." The moderators’ "fact check" of Trump’s abortion comment was fact-checking a straw man. Trump said nothing about whether “post-birth abortion” was legal anywhere in the US; he was simply speaking to alleged Democratic Party support for it. So the moderator’s redirection into legal status was itself a misdirection that didn’t even address Trump’s comment.

I thought it was odd but Trumps group agree with the rules. I moderators are not running for President nor are we tuning in for them. I don’t worship politicians and just want the job done right. The head of all TV and media and ABC, Dana (forget the last time) is close friends with Kamala Harris, introduced her to her present husband. Wiggle room you missed is “no topics or questions would be shared in advance with campaigns or candidates” doesn’t exclude sharing those things with friends of the campaigns or candidates.
