Hi Karin! It’s so funny to me that these days I can’t see a single Alice In Wonderland item, video, photo, etc. without thinking of you. It makes me smile every time because you get so excited about them. I’ve actually learned quite a lot about Alice since I started following your channel. Also, I’ve thought about you often lately as I lost my sweet momma on May 17th. While it wasn’t from COVID, it was quite a shock. She went into multi organ failure but none of the tests showed any reason for her body to have been septic. None of the cultures grew any bacterial infections. She passed while on life support, which is nearly impossible. Two physicians were with her at the time of her passing, one of which is a close family friend. Both doctors, and several of the nurses who were present said that she was completely stable at the time. They said her heart was beating one second and the next it wasn’t. Efforts to resuscitate her were not successful. It’s as if the Lord called her name and she left her body! It’s been a rough couple of weeks as mom had lived with me since 2013. We did everything together and I miss her terribly. Strangely, I do have peace though. Probably because I know she and my brother have been reunited and are waiting for my sister and I to join them. God is always good and faithful!

Thanks for your sweet comment Anna! So funny that you think a lot of me because of Alice! 😘 So sorry for your loss. We have different stories, but I do relate so much to your story. We didn't expect my mum to leave us either. Eventhough she had covid, everyone expected het to get better. Then suddenly she was gone. You are in my thoughts sweetie. It's not easy when your mum get's pulled away from you. lots of hugs

Lovely video! That box of pins is absolotly gorgeous! I love the pin of Mr Rabbit and the Tweedles! I agree with you that the centre pin would have matched better in colour rather than the gold finish. The service is lovely too, the colour scheme is really nice and unusual for a Alice teapot, its so your taste! Hugs

Very nice! I’ve gotten 4 items so far myself. The 2 clocks, Alice & dodo and Cheshire led light. Hoping to get some more of the items soon. There’s just too many, lol.
