Enjoy a tour around Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park on its reopening day! Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is now closed for refurbishment, and will presumably reopen in the Spring of 2024. This was filmed on November 6th 2023 from around 2:30pm - 3:30pm

Soooo many things I could say about the water parks, which are arguably some of the best cohesively themed parks on property. Go to Typhoon Lagoon for the wave pool; Blizzard Beach for the better, more comfortable slides. Summit Plummet is my nemesis; I will conquer you!!! The enclosed slide of Runoff Rapids is intense! Overall, the water parks are a great relaxing non-park day but still fully immersed in Disney magic! Throw in dinner at Disney Springs... Outstanding!!!

Yay..always liked the melting snow family. Too cute. This park is in desperate need of a new slide. Maybe a water coaster themed to bobselds. Great walk-through 4K.

Yea, I’d like to see something new here too! Typhoon lagoon added that new family raft ride in 2017, so I think adding a new slide here would be great . Thanks so much as always!

Ooh, I almost forgot BB is back open! I’m more of a Typhoon Lagoon fan but I will have to go and refamiliarize (that is not a word apparently 😂) myself with Blizzard Beach!

Its so cool seeing blizzard Beach open in November, it definitely feels like summer, my favorite part of this video was the cave walkthrough

It’s good to see Blizzard Beach back in action. Although I prefer Typhoon Lagoon, this park definitely has it’s charms. And you can’t beat Summit Plummet 😊

Thank you for this walk-through, 4K!!! Seeing TL and BB really tempts! (the theming is so much fun at both!!). I may have to check BB out in January (if warm enough). In spite of my fear of heights, I think I just might be able to work up the courage for Summit Plummet 😜 One more work day, two more sleeps (and one long drive…I promise, I’m not driving straight through this trip) until I am back in the magic!! Looking forward to MVMCP Friday! (and catching a bit of a preview before from what you capture the first night!!)

Both water parks are great in their own ways, but Typhoon Lagoon is definitely my favorite out of the 2! As cool as Summit Plummet looks, I’ll never be able to go on it😂 Safe travels Rick and see you soon!!

❄Nice to have the flying gator (& his cut out) back! 🐊ou captured the illusion of that ski jump so nicely. Last refurb you mentioned updates, did you see anything noticeably improved/changed/clean? Glad it's warm enough for folks to enjoy it on its reopening. Thx for sharing 4 💜

Typhoon Lagoon is my favorite water park. There are 2 of them total at WDW, Blizzard Beach & Typhoon lagoon

I find it funny that all the lifeguards are pacing back & forth like caged animals - bored as hell. Most are way overweight & I'm guessing probably hate the tourists?.?.
