Disney's Encanto Everything You Missed, Secrets, Easter Eggs, and Cameos! 

One other reference I think you missed was that whenever Dolores tells Camilo about Bruno, at the end his eyes split super wide apart, like Sid the Sloth. Both Sid the Sloth and Bruno were voice acted by the same person, John Leguizamo.

I wonder if Dolores was actually hearing Bruno throwing salt around for the past few years and just associated it with fallen sand instead- Because obviously if she heard him every day she probably could hear every grain of salt hitting the floor or wall-

Mirabel didn't instinctively know Antonio's power, she just was the observant one (which is why she wore glasses) and she said when she gave him the gift "i know you like animals" which I think why he got powers to talk to animals

My dude, you missed the nod to Atlas from Greek Mythology, ya know, the titan who holds up the sky, or the world in some depictions, but the depiction holding the world is what is referenced by surface pressure when luisa is carrying the globe.

Something you didn't mention was with the kid that was always drinking coffee, coffee was the drink for a reason and that is because coffee is the most popular drink in Colombia.

Did you know? Casita helped Mirabel to get the candle and Casita threw her family out and when Mirabel got the candle Casita protected her because she will be next holder like Nate said and her room is across Alma's room

I love these observations. I had some myself but they were so "on the surface". Dolores was always so nosey so her gift/curse was to be able to hear the drop of a dime. Antonio loved animals so he's now able to talk to them. Pepa was possibly depressed which is why she always has a cloud Juliette was so caring and giving so she can heal others.

Also something else about that frozen reference is when he’s singing let it rain, let it snow, let it go, you can literally hear the little musical part for let it go in the back ground, you kind of have to really listen for it but it’s there

I have noticed that when Mirabel is singing “The family madrigal” when she is by the mural of the family the person she is talking about on the mural will light up as she’s talking about them, another thing, in the song “we don’t talk about Bruno” when they are singing all together Isabella does not sing: “He told me that the life of my dreams would be promised and someday be mine, he told me that my power would grow like the grapes the thrive in the vine” twice, she sings: “He told me that the life of my dreams would be promised and someday be mine, he told me that my power would grow like the grapes the thrive on the vine, I’m fine” the second time she sings that same verse, she sings : “He told me that the life of my dreams would be promised and someday be mine, and I’m fine, I’m fine, I’m fine, I’ll be fine.” Indicating the later events of Isabela feeling like she has to be perfect for the family and later transforming into her true colours and her true self.

By the way I was watching Incredibles 2 again, when when Evelyn put glasses on elastic girl, the room number is A113 !!!!

I watched Encanto for the first time on Disney+ on Christmas Day and it was amazing and wonderful. Mirabel, Luisa and Antonio are my favorite characters from that movie.

I’m not saying your wrong about “ it’s like I hear him now” but at that part, she talks about how a man belonged to another person (Isabella) would some day be hers. Since the guy (I forgot his name) is walking up to the house with Abuela, I think she’s talking about how she can hear him now. But that’s just what I think

You missed so many easter eggs. Plus, when Abuela sings the Family Madrigal, Abuela uses the same word instead of a ryming one.( "There's Deja vu." )Tamatoa did that same thing. Abuela: burning, Tamatoa: glitters. Tamatoa was from the Moana. Encanto is from the creators of Moana.

If you notice, When Mirabel puts the candle in front of Abuela's door, she looks the picture of her family members who got their gifts, in the pictures everyone has their elder version of portrait engraved in the door, but in Antonio's door its his current version

This is just a mistake in the movie, I think but he should’ve included how in the song “family madrigal”, while Mirabel is standing in front of the family tree, Antonio is wearing the outfit that has animals on it, revealing his power. But, before he gets his gift, he wears a white shirt, to not make it so obvious what his gift is going to be.

Thank you for finally doing encanto and although I knew a lot of the Easter eggs I thought pepa’s earrings were a shoutout to incredibles two because her earrings look exactly like ornament in mr incredibles new home

You missed an Easter egg on Mirabel’s dress. If you look closely at her dress you will see a pattern that symbolizes each member of the family. For example, there’s a candle on her dress for Abuela Alma and animals for Antonio. It is easier to see if you buy a Mirabel doll. By the way there’s a pattern that symbolizes each Madrigal EXCEPT Dolores and that kinda makes me mad.

My hole family loved this movie, we're all Colombian and loved how Disney showed the diferent parts of my country through the flora and fauna as well as the characters, the food and the clothing.The music is verry acurate as well, the last song named "Colombia, Mi Encanto" features a lot of colombian instruments and the singer is Carlos Vives, wich is really famous here.

As the older sibling of someone who plays the Encanto songs every hour, and has played the movie more than I can remember; glad to say i’ve noticed almost every one of this

Dolores is my favorite character by far. I wish these things were in the movie: 1. How terrible it must’ve been when she got her gift. 2. Her eyeing people and saying “Oh, I hear EVERYTHING” and people looking away in shame (more for the adults) 3. The Madrigals instinctively whispering when they speak to her. 4.
