Disney's Fort Wilderness Cabin Staycation Day 4! | Exploring The Resort & Jackson Met A Horse!

Today’s vlog is day 4 of our Disney’s Fort Wilderness cabin staycation! Sorry these have been uploaded a few days late, we had some holiday videos that were a little time sensitive and needed to be uploaded the day after filming. We hope you understand and we hope you enjoy hanging out with us at Fort Wilderness today! We had so much fun exploring the resort on our golf cart and checking out all of the resort gift shops. We got to see lots of fun holiday merch too! Then we checked out the Tri-Circle-D Ranch where Jackson met his first horse and even got to pet a pony named Milo. It was adorable! Then we had some fun at the park, Jackson got to swing on his first ever swing, another adorable milestone! It was an awesome day all around and it was so much fun just doing things around the resort and taking the day off from the parks. We hope you had fun joining us today! Tim and Jen-I wanted to let you know that Nancy, the lady at Bae Bouquet, has been awesome to work with. I had a conversation with her today about a custom color scheme, and she was quick to respond and totally had a can-do approach. I’m excited to receive the bouquet!!

I noticed that with my daughter as she was growing up. Now that she's a teenager she seems to have settled into her own looks, but yes, sometimes it seems like they morph between parents lol.

I think that’s parenting in general, LOL. My kids are older. I have one that just left the house and one that’s graduating soon. I still do it. I still make sure when we’re going somewhere or if we go on a trip that my kids are warm and have the right clothes where I will forget what I need. I’ll be freezing and they have their long sleeves and pants and a jacket and thick socks.

I'm really happy that you're finally staying at the resorts and having real vacations at Disney instead of just being beautiful butterflies and sipping at the park flowers for a couple hours and going home. One of my favorite things about your channel is the shout outs to giving back to the community. I was brought up to give back and do positive things for the community, so it warms my heart greatly much to see that you two genuinely care about everyone and everything. I just choked up now watching the last part with the cast member promoting her beautiful flower bouquets. Did you guys help her edit her video as well? It’s extremely thoughtful of you both. As a performing artist and dance instructor my self, I know how it feels to have teaching and performing times cut due to the pandemic. Thinking outside the box and looking for different and creative ways to make a living is challenging but can be fun. I hope that people who watch your channel see that there are opportunities out there as long as we work hard and feel that hope and humanity can still flourish even during these times. Thank you for doing what you do, inspiring people to give back and shining light on how we can continue to stay hopeful while pushing forward.

My favorite day. Makes me so much want to come back to Fort Wilderness. When we were there they did not allow dogs. You had to put your pet in the kennel at the front. Where Horse rides are now. I am so excited if you go back again to Fort Wilderness. And I agree, there is so much to do at the Fort. Could just enjoy the resort alone. Jackson with the horses, priceless. His smile on the swing. Precious. Take good care.

I am with Tim on this: I am vain enough to have to do my hair on vacation. Even though there is almost zero chance anyone we know will see me. It is still a priority. We love Fort Wilderness and Tri Circle D! Great resort. Thanks for taking us along!

It's Floridian cold 🥶. We'll have to remember that 😆. We love seeing you guys at the Fort. It's one of our favorite places in the world 🌎. Golf carts are so much fun, but bikes are also really great 👍 for getting around Fort Wilderness.

My daughter rode bandit when she was 5 in 2015. This was on our first visit to WDW from the UK. We loved spending 2 weeks at Fort Wilderness. Lovely memories xx

Awww I remember seeing Nancy at big thunder! I hope she gets her job back too! She and the other cast mates made everything more enjoyable, special and magical for us. I really miss going to the California parks as I was an AP until my pass expired in June 😞 this whole thing makes me want to move to Florida. The Clydesdale horses originate from where I live :) we have a lot of stables here! My daughter loves horses and volunteers at a stable one day a week and loves horse riding.

Omy gosh Jen and Tim my daughter she's 3 years old and she is obsessed with blippi and when she heard you guys singing it she ran to this screen that was one of the most adorable moments and the fact that Jackson and her share that same interest is amazing but she has watched every episode of blippi and has some of his toys which Jackson might have fun with as well.. its a awesome educational experience for little ones.

Fort Wilderness looks like a great place, we'll have to go see it and see the horses and maybe ride them when we go on vacation again in 2022. Jackson smiling alot, his personality starting to show.
