This is Disney's Fort Wilderness Halloween Golf Cart Parade, with over 100 entries from campsite guests this year! Ghostbusters was a major theme, but there was also a lot of Disney themed carts including The Haunted Mansion, River Country and Disney character inspired carts. Dale in his Vampire costume was in the first golf cart and Chip as a Pirate in the back!
