Disney's Hollywood Studios is a theme park located at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida, near Orlando. It is one of the four main theme parks at the resort, along with Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Originally opened on May 1, 1989, as Disney-MGM Studios, it was designed as a working film and television production facility and a theme park. In 2008, the park was rebranded as Disney's Hollywood Studios to better reflect its focus on the world of show business and entertainment.
Disney's Hollywood Studios is known for its immersive experiences, attractions, and live entertainment that showcase the magic of movies, television, and theater. Some of the park's most popular attractions include:
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge: This expansive area allows guests to step into the Star Wars universe, with attractions like Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. Visitors can explore the planet of Batuu and interact with characters from the Star Wars saga.
Toy Story Land: Inspired by the beloved Toy Story movies, this area brings guests into the world of toys. Attractions include Slinky Dog Dash, Alien Swirling Saucers, and Toy Story Mania, an interactive 4D shooting game.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: A thrilling drop tower ride based on the classic television series "The Twilight Zone." Guests enter the haunted Hollywood Tower Hotel and experience a series of drops and supernatural encounters.

During this pandemic we have visited other places including Disneyland Paris and are now Annual pass holders, we are also Universal pass holders and are eager to get back to Orlando as soon as possible.
