I went here when I went Skyliner hopping last year. If I had to pick an on property value resort, I’d probably pick Pop Century. The rooms look nice, all three pools look fun (especially the Hippy Dippy Pool) and the Skyliner gives you access to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios and the EPCOT resorts area.
