Just left there. We stayed over the weekend. One night FQ and one night Riverside. Loved it there. Didn't realize it used to be better themed. :o(

Definitely liked the old style in Sassagoula better. That was awesome and gave it the Mardi Gras parade feel.

Thanks for sharing Micah! I remember visiting here in the mid 90’s it looks different now, kinda bare compared to how it looked back then. They always had cool merchandise though!

Happy Mardi Gras from NOLA... beignets are the best, especially from cafe du monde.... just think WDW was almost in New Orleans (East)..... getting ready to head to the parade, they start at 11 am CT ..... thanks for sharing... take care... have a great day.... 👍 👍👍👍

Micah I’m with you idk why resorts have minimized the theming to places. I feel like they add to ambience and not make it feel like something ordinary. The minimalistic look is not always the best look.

My goodness, that restaurant has changed! I stayed in Port Orleans several years ago and loved every minute. And yes, I did partake of the beignets several times. Thanks for the memories! PS...love videos with you and your wife.

Great video. I stayed at the French a number of years back. I have been following Adam for quite a while, and now i'm following you as you have great videos too. It would be cool to hang out with you on one of your video adventures. I started to make a few videos of my own. I'm not sure how else to contact you guys. But it would be great to get together. I have a few screen used movie cars that might be something to mix in ;)
