I’m curious also. The old panel was so refreshing. New videos seem like a constant sell of World of DVC, and their services. I guess there is a new sponsor in town.
@@Kooba-nr3cx This panel was from old sponsors, new panel from new sponsors (in part). Sean does a lot with Moving to Orlando business with Pete so doesn't show up on DVC videos as much.
We recently stayed at Riviera and as far as the rooms, theming, and location, we were in love. The let downs were the lobby, gift shop and very generic pool. The pool area felt a lot like something I would find at a Holiday Inn. While the resort is gorgeous, it still feels like Disney cut corners. The exterior definitely does not reflect the beautiful interior.
Coronado Springs resort was Disney's first moderate Convention Hotel, it never really blended in with the Disney theme but having worked Disney for many years, the redo makes the resort better in some ways as far as the room quality, but having to merge 2 resorts to get the big new tower, well, it still is a' 'convention resort " I don't see HOW you guys don't get it. Disney wants the convention guests to stay at the resort, drink over at " RIX' , usually until the alcohol runs into the carpet( then the resort will call security) People aka guests TRASH this resort . The complex is the Pleasure Island of All the Disney Resorts . Most vedors are NOT Disney.
Not a fan of the Riviera Resort find the lobby very generic . I don't pay for Disney to go to a resort that could be anywhere in Las Vegas or any other place
As an older person who’s been to Europe I’m pretty sure that lobby fits the style of fine hotels in France and Italy. I loved that lobby and would have been very surprised if I walked in and it was another Wilderness Lodge. Now THAT’S a lobby!
