That's a theme music from the Caribbean. My mother's side of the family were from the Caribbean island: Puerto Rico. I wanted to go there one day to learn my heritage, the language and traditions. One day soon...

The choreography and editing are unfocused and choppy. The sand being thrown in the air doesn’t help either.

Well it’s supposed to take place in Denmark or have a European atmosphere. This makes is seem like it’s in the Bahamas. Not having a red haired young teen also totally kills the movie. I’m not white btw. My 4 year old girl and 9 year old son said the movie sucked. I won’t watch it. I wouldn’t be surprised if Eric doesn’t save Ariel because of political correctness. Just make a new movie if they are going to do that. Might as well have a Mexican play Mulan at this point.

@@lexevo The movie was actually filmed in Sardinia. And yes, Eric doesn’t save Ariel but it has nothing to do with political correctness since the 2008 Broadway show had Ariel kill Ursula by smashing Ursula’s conch shell to the ground. Also, like the animated film, Eric in the remake throws a harpoon at Ursula thus saving Ariel from being annihilated by the trident.
