The Queen of Hearts is actually better as a face character, because she can actually talk to the guests.

Pretty much all of the face characters are better because they are brought to life more than the mask characters.

There are other villains they should've included like the Evil Queen, Jafar, Dr Facilier, Hades, Shan Yu, Governor Ratcliffe, Frollo, and Brer Fox.
