Hey everyone! This week, I have compiled moments of Disney villains mistreating their henchmen! I hope you like it! Thanks for watching! :) Subscribe to my channel: / @classicstories374
Maleficent at least had a reason to be upset compared to the others since she never considered the possibility that her henchmen would be looking for a baby for 16 years straight.
Ursula is better than the other disney villains, and especially Scar is even more worst especially he lied to Shenzi Banzai and Ed with the rest of the spotted hyena clan that they'll never go hungry again
Ursula knew how to manipulate people, giving them what they wanted, and preventing them from completing their side of the contract. Shan Yu was smart, listening to his soldiers opinions and all around an effective leader
Don't forget Clayton, The fact that his men also shares the same levels of enthusiasm over the news of the location of the gorillas and the fact that he never berates or hurts his men implies that they have a mutual relationship
Shan Yu only saw them as useful and competent which is why he’s not abusive and even then there was a deleted scene where Shan Yu executed one of his lackeys for showing compassion
8:06 Fun fact: According to the Disney Adventures comic, Fidget had actually survived falling into the river from that height and later became Olivia's investigation partner.
@@madyy_3_xd801are you trying to insinuate that Ursula is Non-Binary?? I get she’s one those villains that you could really feel for them and their strife
@@madyy_3_xd801 oh sorry, i can see it now. its just the order you put the colours makes them look like the Non-Binary Pride Flag rotated 90 degrees to the right sidenote: I think I might be Non-Binary
When you remember that Kronk and Iago actually gave Jafar and Yzma the inspiration to go forward with their plots. The henchman should not be underestimated.
Definitely. Think about it: Those poor little imps probably worked for him for centuries, and every time they screwed up they’d get strangled, roasted, or charred so bad they’d practically become ash. They were probably more than happy when they realized their boss would be stuck in that river for a long time.
If a sequel were ever made to 'Robin Hood,' I could see Sir Hiss potentially reforming. He could be similar to Associate Bob from 'Demolition Man' or the Mayor's majordomo from 'The Book of Boba Fett'; A sycophant who could easily reform and shift loyalties to the good guys if it meant him keeping/ regaining his job.
I like to think Hiss was originally King Richard’s advisor/confidant before John started his coup. He does seem to hold PJ’s older brother in high-regard and hates PJ. Perhaps Richard asked Hiss to look after John if he were to ever leave the country, and John took advantage of this.
Umm... I think there is missing Scar mistreating Shenzi, Banzai, Ed and the rest of the hyena clan, including, heck, even killing one hyena during "Be Prepared" song.
And not to mention it's one of those times where the henchmen have shown that they actually have a limit to their loyalty towards the villain and how much abuse they can put up with
3:52 (Cruella tosses Jasper’s glass bottle of ale into the openly lit fireplace causing it to loudly explode in order to prove her point like a boss) Horace: I think she means it, Jasper.
@@Spikero2 not exactly a healthy alcohol amount, but tasty as some might find the alcoholic beverage it’s still enough that it eventually gets seriously hammered anyone who tastes one drop of it (especially those who can’t hold their liquor), because it would explain how that explosion in the fireplace she caused was loud enough to wake the dead
It does make sense that villains would treat their pets better than their henchmen, since those pets are generally more obidient than the henchmen, and don't talk back.
Slim: "Ehh. Gill?" Gill: "Ah-ha?" Slim: "Am i correctly asume that each 'n every time we brought up a herd back to our secret lair, you managed to sit in the exact same spot, blocking that piece of property from my view?!" 6:22
Some henchmen were not so innocent in their treatment, like Pain and Panic from Hercules. Anyone would be pissed if their prophesized doom was not so undone like they were told so.
Two ways a story shows the Villain and Henchmen's relationship When the villain treats they're henchmen with care and respect It is wholesome but it kinda takes the villain's evil personality away just a bit When the henchmen is treated with cruelty it makes the villain truly evil and selfish and makes us feel bad for the henchmen
It seems that Ursula is one of the few Disney villains who has not mistreated her henchmen and instead treats them with affection... so much so that when she killed them by accident she felt sad.
I really love how the cruelty of the villains gets more over the top as the video goes on: we start with basic insults and slapstick and then we end the video with villains killing their own minions and...of course...Yzma's spinach puff moment Pure evil
At 7:25, how Madam Medusa just showed the diamond to Mr. Snoops for just a split second, my sister did something similar to me a few times when we were kids. A few times when we were kids, I asked my sister to show me something she had since I was curious about it, and she would show it to me for a split second and would say “there, you saw it.” I would let her know that it wasn’t a good look. It was annoying when that happened.
I feel so bad for Sir Hiss. I don’t even see him as a villain, as he hates Prince John and doesn’t like violence, even reacting negatively to PJ’s plans of hanging Friar Tuck. The worst thing he ever does is spy on Robin Hood. I like to think Hiss was never evil and simply wanted the cushy life, even being King Richard’s royal confidant before PJ enacted his plan to overthrow him. It makes sense, in my opinion at least. Why would Hiss keep hanging around John if he’s constantly abused and hit? Maybe Richard asked Hiss to look after his younger brother if the king were ever to leave the country, and PJ took advantage of that, threatening Hiss to hypnotise Richard into going on the crusade.
Hiss is used to give vent and sometimes is also just randomly bullied, what disgusted me more is that even Little John, a good guy, once helped in bullying him.
Bellwether might mistreat her henchrams too. Bellwether: (to her brutish ram at the museum) Get them, if you fail, you'll be joining those savage predators in the hospital!
Total opposite what Heroes treat the sidekicks/companions. They always treat them with love and respect. Its no wonder why they stay loyal to them until the very end.
They should think about making a movie 🎥 where the henchmen of Disney's supervillains ( Iago, Fidget, Jasper, Horace, the Hyenas, Creeper, LeFou, Pain and Panic, etc... ) decide to take revenge on their bosses and to take power. It would be cool 😎 as a crossover.
The most outrageous scene out of all of these is when an irate Cruella takes her displeasure out on her two incompetent Cockney henchmen, refusing to pay them a single quid until they’ve killed the puppies like cockroaches.
Most of Disney's latest villains ( Hans, Bellwether, Lotso, Namaari, etc... ) were presented as victims with tragic pasts, in order to make them more original, but more sympathetic, which doesn't do much good, since from start to finish, they remain trash and know no redemption ( or in a clumsy way ). However, it is a concept that deserves to be developed correctly.
It's the most realistic since loan sharks tend to threaten their victims if they don't pay them what they're owed. It's even more disturbing because there's people who do that.@@elichernykh6181
Will most of them or are either incompetent or dumb or somehow both and some are smart but not as smart as their boss and very little can be reformed or being betrayed but most of them have a complete loyalty to their boss even if they're abusive.
Rourke: We're losing altitude, Lighten the load! Helga: That's it, Unless someone wants to jump. Rourke: Ladies first. Helga: You said we were in this together!, You promised me a percentage! Rourke: Next time get it in writing!, Nothing personal!
Yeah it’s annoying when villains mistreat their minions. I never understood how they put up with it for so long even LeFou and Sir Hiss 🐍. In the reboot of Beauty and the Beast, I liked of how LeFou stood up to Gaston and joined in the fight with Ms. Potts and the others. It was time that enough was enough cause Gaston didn’t always take his good advice.
Yeah i loved that ending for Le Fou, villain's sidekicks always got a lot of abuse as they are perfect for that, they should have their own story, instead they often just get defeated. Iago has a good development in the animation and i hate he didn't got that in live action. Don Bluth often have a better ending to this kind of characters.
Felt exactly like the villains' henchmen when I was in the first and second grade and when I was still living with my stepdad. I wrote these quotes in my own story. "Throughout the whole schoolyear I saw you as this unruly Disney villain and I felt like your shit for brains henchman." "I just want a father figure I could feel comfortable around, and one who won't go apeshit over the smallest of mistakes".
That's the thing that puts Ursula, and it whole different league. She actually loved her pets entreated her called the her henchmen. Her babies and was visibly sad when they died

In a way she's the worst cause her selfe sentered atitude makes he think about nothing but her owne desires like she can just take what she wants and she views annybody who disagreies with her as benieth her or something.
I think Hook is the least abusive to his crew. Yeah he shot one of his men for annoying him, but he still values their help. And he trusts Smee to help him when the croc comes back to terrify him
It’s nice. You forgot Evil Queen and the Huntsman, Coachman and his goons, Queen Of Hearts and the cards and White Rabbit, Governor Ratcliffe and his army, Yzma and Kronk, John Sliver and his crew, Rourke and Helga, Doris and Goob, Dr Facilier and Lawrence, Mother Gothel and The Stabbington Brothers, and King Candy and Sour Bill.
& We Would See A Scene From Monsters Inc Like This: Randall: If I Don't See A New Door 🚪 In My Station In 5 Second I Perpously Put You THROUGH THE SHREDDER! Fungus: [Screaming In Terror & Went To Get A New Door🚪]
Agree. Also Syndrome and Mirage, Anton Ego and his butler, Alpha and Beta and Gamma, Lotso and his Gang, Johnny Worthington Chet Alexander and Randall, Thunderclap and his gang, and Ercole Ciccio and Guido.
Villains are never supposed to have any respect or care for their men and only see them as tools to help them in their evil schemes. Because of their cruelty and charisma they will be feared and respected by their followers who will be extremely loyal to them and would give their lives to help them.
