Yeah, everyone who haven't read mythology always assumes like: 'Oh he's king of the underworld so he HAS to be evil' but he's not, he's pretty cool actually, and(as far as i know) he didn't break his promise to Zeus and Poseidon that he'd wouldn't make more kids and stuff, but Poseidon did, and so did Zeus(who literally made the promise/pact)

Well it's because their crimes are different from each other so they are surprised from each other specially mother gothel because she abused a child and I'm sure most of the villains would be great parents if they had a child
But also i have a feeling i ship hades with maleficent like it's different from others when hades was hurting his minions (i forgot their name cause it's been so long since i watched the movie 💀) everyone seems to be doesn't care about hades minions but maleficent just like "why did you hurt them too much?" Hades was like "cause when they failed to do something i will get them" well the different is hades always makes fun of everyone here like he did to scar (that one was dirty 💀) but when hades say to maleficent "You seriously gotta work on your aim" felt kinda different cause it's like he was just playing funny jokes with her and that's what i call funny romance :) also they felt bad for eachother when maleficent died which is 😩
Welp from what I see villains treat each other friendly because nobody else treats them better also I don't really ship maleficent and hades but I respect your opinion!

How about Kirby Villains? From the game, of course. Honestly, Dark Matter is a whole nother kind of evil, a hivemind of eldritch beings plunging entire worlds into darkness, eyes of void that possess people and twist them into the most evil and corrupt versions of themselves.
