What do you typically do on your first day at Disney? Have you dined at Kona Cafe? And what do you think to the view of from the Seats & Sweets Dessert Party?
We really enjoyed seats and sweets. I thought it was great to get a different view of the fireworks. We have seen the projections multiple times though. I wouldn't recommend it for a first timer
I think the best view is the Post Party, as you get to stake out your position whilst the Pre Party people are inside eating and drinking. But be prepared for the gannets grabbing like they are starved, when you go in afterwards. It was quite uncivilised and like pigs at the trough. The seats and sweets one is good, if you get the edge, but the overhang will cover much of the sky, if you are seated a few rows back. You also can't see the projections and because you are to the side, you don't see "the show", in terms of symmetrical fireworks either side of the castle. That said, I would do it again, not to be crammed into the hub. The desserts themselves aren't that nice, so focus on the wine! lol
One of gets searched at every single park, every single time we enter. One of the security guards said that our bag possible has like a metallic / foil lining in it. So whoever carries the bag is getting searched lol Thank you so much for watching! Do you have a date for your next visit yet? x

Yes. It was a lot, but if you get five alcoholic drinks in your time, it is worth the money, despite the bad desserts and cheap cheese. I think the post party is better though, in terms of the view. Thank you both so much for watching 🥰🤩
Omg your first day was absolutely jam packed! It’s brought back so many memories watching this vlog! The dessert party looked great! We are going to give that a try next time we go to WDW! we wanna know more about carols escapades lol 😂 fab video guys 💙

Fantastic day and well done for saying how it is as that’s what I love to hear , great views but puddings obviously not up to much and if honest you paid a fair amount , it almost looks like they don’t give a toss if I’m honest , let’s go to Costco throw a few cheap cakes and that will do . The bar looked cool but again you said you wouldn’t do it again if there was a waitlist , your hotel is fabulous and you looked like your having fun . And nice to see where you got engaged I think you said 18 months ago . Cheers guys look forward to more much more 👍

We bought our DVC in 2022 and honestly it is the best thing we could have done. No regrets at all. Although when that annual dues bill comes every January, I do have a little cry lol only joking. It will be so nice being there over Christmas. I’ve never done that before, but would love to! Not on this trip William. We did Saratoga and Wilderness Lodge this time. Grand Floridian very likely to return for our next trip though. And we visited GF on this trip a couple of times, for 1900 Park Fare and Narcoossee’s.
