That sparkly pink hat looks just like Stephanie Tanner’s from Full House when she was doing her dance recital. LOL Hers was black though. By the way, My sister was there back in February and brought back some cookies for me and I freakin love them! My favorite from what I tried was definitely the classic chocolate chip. I’m going with her and my mom for a ladies trip in a week and I really want to try the pistachio one and the new orange one they have for the month of April.

I have been waiting for this video! I’ve never had a cookie from Gideon’s, but they look amazing and I love how the store looks!! I wish they would put one in Downtown Disney one day. 🥺 I can’t wait to try it one day.
Gideons provided much joy to me early on in the pandemic last year. I'm so glad they were given the opportunity as a local shop to get so much exposure and business (mostly mine now that they are a little closer to me now too ;) )
TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!! That Coffee Cake Cookie and Peanut Butter Coffee were the BEST!!!!!!! I waited an hour, bought 6 cookies the day before I left and froze them when I got home. Gideon goodness for MONTHS!!!
If you don't want to wait in a long line, Gideon's is originally based at East End Market in Orlando. Shorter lines and no virtual queue. Definitely recommend Gideon's when visiting Orlando!
We had the cookies in January on our WDW trip and yes it was the longest line we stood/sat in, we arrived before the digital queue as started. Oreo was our fav but loved them all - thanks for content
Not all the cookies, some of them are exclusive to the Disney springs location. Also there was no line we just signed up for our virtual queue before lunch, got the text, came back and waited a couple minutes
I feel like I just missed you guys on my Orlando trip! I was at Gideon's on Sunday... I arrived at Gideon's virtual queue at 12:41pm and it was a 250 min wait!! But we received a text at 3:27pm saying that "Your moment is here!". We physically waited on line for about 10-15 mins and then were allowed in the bakery. That place is so bomb inside and I'm so happy I was able to see it. I bought Chocolate Chip and Oreo and both were DELICIOUS! I recommend coming to Disney Springs and going STRAIGHT to Gideon's Virtual Queue and then enjoy the day until you get your text!
ProTIP: we brought like 5 home. they said to put them in the freezer and they last longer. dont put them in the fridge, they dry out! OH and they have a pb chocolate chip swirl which is a specialty cookie of the month. we got it in march. so good!!!!
It's funny how people have different favorites at Gideon's. My ranking would be Peanut Butter Crunch at #1, and Original Chocolate Chip and Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip tied for #2. And you are so right about that Peanut Butter Cold Brew, it is SO TASTY!!
next time you're in orlando you guys should go to east end market where the original is! it's in the neighborhood Audubon Park which is def a hidden gem of orlando!
That pistachio toffee cookie looks bomb. I would definitely full contact body check my husband if he tried to take a bite of my pistachio toffee cookie.

I went to Disney Springs last week and I wasn't able to get the Gideon's cookies the virtual was booked and wouldn't be able to go until the next day and put my name in the virtual queue to try and get a cookie I'm sorry but the cookie isn't all that had other things to do oh well maybe next time
I brought some of these home this past week. SSOOOOOO GOOOD. hubby had one job, yes he left a few cookies in the room 🤦♀️. But brought most home. We really need one here in Anaheim.

We got some on our last trip. They were pretty good, but my wife didn't like that the chocolate chip was "doughy" inside like it was a little underdone. The other flavors were not like that and were fine. None of us liked the sudden salt surprise from the salt crystals on top, could have done without them. That said, I would probably get some again but would not wait for them like that again. To me it wasn't worth it.
I keep trying to convince Brian that we need these cookies. Last time we were there the wait was 3 hours so we didn’t wait. Now I’ll have to tell him Kitra says it’s worth the wait! I need the coffee too! -Stephanie
I love these cookies. My favorites are the the Cookies and Creme and Coffee Cake. I was surprised that the chocolate chip ones weren´t on the top of my list since I love chocolate so much, just shows you how good the others are. They are worth a stop at the beginning of your trip so you have time to eat them, they really are big. I´m craving them from up here in New Hampshire.

I didn't want to wait in the line at Disney Springs so I ordered online at the original location and picked up a box of cookies packed for travel on my way to the airport. Only mistake I made was not ordering double! Need them out here ASAP. BTW, the special February cookie, the spicy chocolate with cherries was my personal favorite.
YES! The peanut butter was my favorite!! And definitely the Oreo > chocolate chip! If you’re reading this and planning to go, Order two of the Oreo not two of the chocolate chip! Trust me !
Just reviewing this now, never actually been in the one at Disney Springs but went to their original location in Orlando, very minimal lines but same cookies! My favorite was the Pistachio followed by the Cookies and Cream.
I clicked this so fast! I can’t wait to try Gideon’s cookies. I don’t have the time on my upcoming trip this week to wait for them but I’m going to preorder from their original location since it seems everyone goes to the Springs location now lol I just want the cookies without the wait.
You guys need to try to recreate these cookies in Kitra's Kitchen!!! I'd LOVE to see that! You can create your "invention" because honestly, that would be awesome!! Peanut butter dough with chocolate chips and maybe toffee chips, too! Sprinkle of sea salt. Mmmmmmm!!!
