It's great that you visited the club level food service room many times. To me the options were very slim. Did you enjoy eating there? Did you think it was worth the price? Especially since there are so many restaurants in the area.

I thought it was worth the price because I got a great passholder deal where the room was $450 per night lol... I really did enjoy the club level though!

Either Carousel Coffee is a newer addition or I somehow missed it. I rented points to stay in a DVC studio and always had to get fully dressed and go down to the Boardwalk Bakery for coffee/breakfast. The location close to Epcot can't be beat.

I absolutely loved Boardwalk Inn! The location and the vibe were awesome to me...Carousel Coffee is just right there in site of the front desk off to the side of the lobby...I didn't get anything because I was staying club level but it drew a crowd every morning! 😀

SIR. You must address the tiny yellow elephant in the room!! Which bar did you get that mimosa from. I thought The Boathouse had the the mini rubber ducks on lockdown. I have literally bribed bartenders to sneak me them lol

Those little cottages are not DVC, they are on the hotel side. The DVC side is painted red and on the main pool side

thank you! glad you enjoyed it! And I can honestly say I didnt hear anyone beside me or above me or in the halls and I am a light sleeper... but the doors are very thick and heavy and the carpet in the hallways is thick and lush so Im guessing the walls are pretty solid too!

@@americanvintageadventures great to hear! I always request a nonconnecting room if possible, but glad to know the walls aren’t thin at Boardwalk just in case they don’t have nonconnecting available. I think y’all have similar vacation vibes to what i’m looking for - so quick follow up question for ya. If you had 9 days there and wanted to do a 4/5 split stay, which 2 resorts would you choose? I think after watching this video that boardwalk might be one of them, but curious your thoughts. Solo traveler with no kids here.

@tjlemaster hmmm before I give suggestions, are you looking for 1. deluxe resorts only? 2. Is food available at the resort a big factor 3. Is location a big factor I certainly have some suggestions but those will help me give you my best suggestions for you

@@americanvintageadventures i usually plan my meals for the whole trip (aka rarely use quick service options) before i arrive (always love try new table service or signature restaurants each night of my trip). As far as location goes, i do think i want to split the stay between 4 days near MK and 5 days near Epcot (unless you think AKL might be the best resort option not at MK area?). I stayed at Poly for 3 nights last year for part of my trip before switching to POFQ and then Riviera. Loved Poly and POFQ, thought Riviera was overpriced and a little lacking in energy. I am not against bus transportation if the resort makes it worth it since I do spend at least half my time at the resort (parks are fun, but I worked at MK a decade ago- so only usually spend a half day in parks). I guess maybe a better question would be, what’s your fave MK area resort and then which resort would you choose that’s not in that area. Money is no issue, and doesn’t have to be limited to deluxe resorts, just curious your absolute favorites to recommend. Hope this info helps! The original question was definitely a bit vague considering how many options there are. thank you!

@@tjlemaster So, here are my absolute favorites (outside of the poly which is more of a nostalgic favorite) in no order -Boardwalk - I loved everything about, location, lounge, food (but I stayed club level) - -Yacht Club - it has everything Boardwalk has + more restaurants and lounges - you have Ale and Compass Lounge and the restaurant, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Crews Cup lounge and you are only a few steps from Cape May cafe -the vibe is great too and it is even closer to EPCOT and the skyliner than at Boardwalk Animal Kingdom Lodge - it is further away BUT it is beautiful and the Food and Lounge options are incredible! BOMA for breakfast and dinner is fantastic, Sanaa's bread service and drinks are to die for, and Jiko is beyond amazing! The Mara quick service has great options too (the lounge overlooking Boma has great drinks and interesting light bites... (I have done 2 full guides to this resort on my channel - I shamelessly suggest checking them out as well as my full guide to my last suggestion on the list - GRAN DESTINO TOWER at Coronado Springs - I fell in love with this place- feels ever bit the luxury resort (in my opinion waaay better than Riviera at a fraction of the price) and has more energy and food and lounge options... Three Bridges restaurant is great, and two of my favorite lounges are there - the Dahlia Lounge and Barcelona lounge...Toledo is a great upscale restaurant too! and you have access to all the great quick service and Rix Sports bar about 100yards away at Coronado Springs...This is very much an adults oriented resort and the only moderate to have Club Level option and a gym I think!
