On Fat Tuesday, each year, the Mardi Gras party is at Disney's Port Orleans Resort. The Walt Disney World Mardi Gras parade starts at Riverside and concludes at the French Quarter at Disney's Port Orleans Resort and is free for all to see.
Disney's Port Orleans Resort does have its own Mardi Gras parade. Port Orleans does celebrate Mardi Gras with various events and festivities.

That parade was so fun! I actually liked it better than the sea world one … haha so many beads you could sell them! Hahah your dropping candy and leaving a trail!
