Loved this video. Its rare that Disney vloggers are so transparent about budgeting and merch and making decisions etc. For info, we stayed at Coronado last September and it was BEAUTIFUL! Just be prepared however, their food options aren't anywhere near as good as other resorts. I agree on your point about leaving feeling a better more wholesome person. We call it the Disney bubble and we can't wait for our next hit ❤

Love this video! Thank you for discussing budgets and how you book it, I've avoided looking at booking directly with WDW but with the gift card incentive this may actually work out the same if not cheaper as booking with other travel providers. This is so helpful, especially for those who haven't been yet or its been a while.

So exciting!! We absolutely LOVE CSR! Stayed there twice, we loved the tower the best. The saltwater pool is also AMAZING, especially after a long park day. Have fun and cannot wait to see videos of your next trip!

Such a fab video, thankyou! We are staying at CBR in for the first time in 30 days for our FINALLY rescheduled COVID holiday, we can't wait! I hope you both have a lovely time on your trip! I'm not sure if it covers your dates, but the dance world championship is held at Coronado Springs in the ballrooms the weekend of the 22nd-24th of April, so if there's lots of dancers there that is why! I can’t wait to see what you think of Coronado Springs, we stayed there last May and it we loved it. I think I would miss the skyliner after having stayed at the Caribbean resort now, but the Three Bridges restaurant was 10/10 and the vibe of the resort is so relaxing. Great tips- thank you! Will try a monzo card. Def try WDW at Christmas time, we went nov/ dec 2021 & stayed at port Orleans french quarter - it was a magical dream come true holiday ❤️ we do the same as you guys & have a savings account for holidays. Currently saving for December 2025 🤞 we have 3 boys so it took us 4 years to save last time, but definitely worth it. Like u say, you’re only as young as you are today - got to live life & I totally agree Disney buddy 🥰 happy Sunday crystal xx

My family and I have booked through Disney twice and have never received a gift card. The first time was 2021, we stayed at Art of Animation. The second time was 2022, we stayed at All Star Movies. Is the gift card a UK perk? Or how did you go about receiving a gift card?

Yes I think the Giftcard is a UK perk unfortunately but I’m not too too sure about that… I always book through Walt Disney Company when they advertise their deal for UK and it’s mostly $200 Giftcard and now the new $ per night depending what resort you stay in it goes higher for a deluxe they give you so Value they give $31/41ish Moderate is about $70 and not sure for deluxe per night 💗

I’m impressed with your budgeting. Some people seem to suggest to take thousands upon thousands of pounds and that you won’t cope without it - and then they drop the bombshell that that 8,000 pounds is just for food and they have a seperate amount of money for merch 🤣

I can attest to needing that much money. It's all relative. How many people, where you plan to eat. We are a family of 5 from the US and we did more sit down meals. We spent a few thousand dollars on food alone. We also don't get any credits from Disney.

In terms of budgeting, keep in mind the credits you get from Disney are only for UK guests. I'm from the US here and we do not get those benefits.

So I find it’s best to tip 15-20% I feel like that’s a good place to start and at minimum it all comes down to how you feel they have served you and if you think their service for you was above and beyond, but 15-20% is right I’d say personally 🥰💗✨
