When we joined DVC last year we were asking about AK OKW update etc and they said there is a 10 year plan if renovations so they will be getting done soon 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I too really enjoyed this series. Were I to go someday, this is absolutely how I would like my trip there to be. You did a fantastic job demonstrating how the parks and resorts have something for everybody, even those who wouldn't dream of riding Tron. Thank your Mom for letting us share in her special trip with her girl. That time you spent together was the main event and it was wonderful.

My family & I were on that flight leaving Heathrow that day! It got cancelled after we'd sat on the tarmac at Heathrow for 6 hours due to an engineering fault. Luckily we managed to fly direct to Orlando the next day but sadly it meant we missed a day of our trip. 😔 Have loved this series Victoria, looking forward to the next one! x

Oh no! So glad you got to fly out the next day but must have been more stressful coming the other way. Luckily it seems very rare for that to happen with Virgin, I’ve never had it before.

It definitely wasn’t an ideal start to our trip as we were all exhausted by the time we made it to Orlando. But thankful we only lost 24 hours and didn’t have to take multiple flights to make it across the pond like some of the other passengers on our plane that weren’t offered a direct flight! x

We were on that cancelled flight too! We didn’t do anything that evening either but got to have an extra day at Magic Kingdom the next day! Always a bonus!!

Is the extra magic hours for all people staying on disney property or only in delux hotels?

The extra evening hours are only if you’re staying in a deluxe hotel but all Disney resort guests get an extra half an hour earlier in the morning.

What wonderful precious memories to have with your mum, i really hope you get to go again together its so lovely to see you & mum together in the parks ❤❤ Your mum is probably around my age too & as you say its not all about the rides, its taking in the atmosphere & people watching which is hust wonderful.
