We stayed in the Disneyland Hotel for a couple of days over the re-opening on 25th January 2024. We had a room on the Deluxe Level and deluxe guests are offered Afternoon Tea between 4pm and 5.30pm every day in the D-Lounge.

Thanks for the video! Do you know if you can access the lounge for tea time on the last day also?

Hello. Thanks for your question. We were advised that access to the Lounge ends at 11:00 on check out day, so there is no opportunity to enjoy the Tea Time on check out day unfortunately.

Thank you for the video, does the deluxe lounge serve food after breakfast and before the 4pm tea time?

Thanks for your comment. The Deluxe Lounge serves complimentary caramelised nuts and biscuits along with their soft drinks after breakfast and before the 4pm tea time. Alcoholic drinks are available to purchase in the lounge. As far as we're aware food is not available to buy between 11am and 4pm (although we may have overlooked this on the menu - we're not sure!). 🙂

@pixiedustuk4873 Thank you for the information, could I ask one more question, On the television in the deluxe rooms I see an option for Disney on demand, Does this mean there are certain Disney movies and shows on the TV ready to watch? Is it like a limited Disney plus? Thanks.

@@neutronstarpilot4393. Hello, thanks for asking the question and I wish I knew the answer! I'm afraid we were so busy looking around the hotel that we didn't think to check out the TV channels. So, I'm sorry, but we're unable to help with this one. 🙂

Yes, the opening times for this lounge are as follows: Breakfast is 7am to 11am Table Service drinks is 11am to 11pm Tea Time is 4pm to 5.30pm Many thanks 🙂

Thanks for the nice impressions...where do you have breakfast as a deluxe guest? at Royal Banquet or in the lounge?

As far as I have seen, both breakfast and afternoon tea will be served in the exclusive lounge for deluxe guests.

Hello, Thanks for your question. @Aerjen21 is correct - as a Deluxe guest you have breakfast (and afternoon tea) in the Deluxe Lounge, also known as the D-Lounge which is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. This lounge is exclusive to deluxe level guests only.
