I'm a New Zealander and I am not surprised you found some things in Europe less sweet than you are used to. I love travelling to both America and Europe and I will say I am always surprised how sweet some things like bread are there. I enjoy it as a change, but it makes sense to me that you'd notice the difference.

The Cars tram with Catastrophe Canyon, is the same ride they had at the Hollywood Studips (MGM) in Florida. The studio tour in Florida was over an hour, and broken into 3 segments. The last segment was a tram tour that brought you through some of the studio working departments (costume, set etc), but there was a section that went through their "backlot" where you saw Walts plane, the house & neighborhood of The Golden Girls. The very end was Catastrophe Canyon. The irony is, they had to remove this section of the tour to build LIGHTS MOTORS ACTION, which they were replicating from Disneyland Paris (Studios). I really miss both the Studio Tour & Animation Tour of Hollywood Studios, it was cool to see how so e of the magic was done. Universal Studios also used to have a lot of shows & rides that focused on those aspects but also ditched the majority of them.
Depending on the fact that you guys have been to so many Disney parks and so so many times, you are the perfect person to make a vedio about the best value/time and way to visit them in Florida/California or the other locations. It will be so helpful to so many people who have not been there.

I went to Disneyland Paris in May for my birthday and I am shocked as to how much I missed out on!!!! I had no idea about half of this, I live in the UK so it's not too far from me but I am now 100% wanting to go back again!!!! It's lovely to see you all had such a wonderful time!

18:25 that’s actually called “tartiflette” it’s one of my favourite meal during winter ! I’m glad you enjoy the treats haha also “croque monsieur” is one of the easiest and faster meal to made. For the weather 60 degrees is actually quite hot for autumn but I agree it must be cold compare to Florida 😂
Since your family are such Disney fans you needed to do this. But you're right there where all those fairytales originated. Musee de Moyen Age in Paris houses the tapestries that inspired the Gryfyndor common room. You can ride the Night Bus in Edinburgh. Moving paintings can be seen at the Whisky Experience also in Edinburgh. There are castles everywhere, literally. Before the big fire there were apprentice stone masons behind Notre Dame where you could watch them carve gargoyles. There's just so much to do that's real, not interpreted and simplified. Knowing the origins adds meaning to the movies and you catch things that you otherwise miss.

I've been to Walt Disney World in Floriday twice. Once was with band, and we got to march there. I was with my two friends who made sure I didn't get lost. I have such a bad sense of direction. I loved Epcot.
Us seniors in band had the chance to march a second time. But I was so through with it, through with school and everything. And my one "friend" didn't want to go because she kept saying I have to pay for my college tuition. Sounds like you had a lot of fun!!

fun fact! The reason why the Avengers assemble Flight Force is basically the same as the rock 'n roller coaster, is because before they changed it to the Avengers campus, it actually was the Rock 'n Roller coaster! It had also a music theme and I remember the decorations with guitars and vinyls. Also the really loud countdown before they start the ride. Hope you enjoyed this trip!
