Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary Vlog! | Dream and Shine Brighter + Lion King Shows! | March 2022

Join me on my third day in Disneyland Paris for the 30th Anniversary Celebrations! We watched so many shows which may have made me cry!
We got to see the full version of the Dream...and Shine Brighter parade with an amazing view in the hub in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle!
I finally got to see Rhythm of the Pridelands and it was spectacular!
I also found the scariest ride in Disneyland Paris and it is not one you might expect!
I finally got to try food from the Vegan Kitchen booth in Walt Disney Studios Park (and it was all so good!).

The Dream and Shine Brighter parade is the best day time show I have ever seen in any Disney Park! It is so good! And the Lion King show was so spectacular! Disney just know how to do shows so well! All the emotions!

I am loving shopping with you in the park and I still can't get over the remi shoulder buddy - also I am pretty sure we waited an hour and a half to meet Baymax before but it's only because he deflated and needed to be blown back up 😂😂

I love that Baymax deflated! 🤣🤣🤣 I waited an hour to meet Mickey in November and that was a lot. I think that is my max limit!

Omg I can see myself at 16.53 on the right hand side. I've got a green and black bobble on (same as my profile pic). Can't say how many times I watched the show over the 5 days but each time it was from a different spot. I miss it so much.

How exciting! We bumped into each other without even realising it before actually bumping into each other! It is so fantastic right? So uplifting and the music is awesome! I think it is my favourite ever Disney parade/daytime show!

I really wanted to try the food at the Vegan kitchen but on my last trip almost everywhere was sold out... What a shame! Fingers crossed for my next visit to DLP 😊 The tiny Remy plush is with no doubt the cutest!🐭

I always feel conflicted when things are sold out because it is good there is demand but then I really wanted to try it! And with so many restaurants shutting so early it can be difficult to scramble to somewhere else! The vegan kitchen had never been open when I had visited so I was so lucky it was this time! The soup was so good! I hope you get to try everything you want during your next trip! There have been so many new vegan options in the past few months that there is now so much to try! The Remy plush was everything! I was so hoping my cats would be like who is that on your shoulder?! But they had no reaction at all! 😂

Hi Sophie, thank you for another lovely video, I’m now praying for a bit of light rain during my next Disney trip. Could I ask what time you got to the studios park for rope drop, does it take long to get through security and did you walk to the park or get the bus? It’s just that Crush Coaster is one of our must do, so we hope to get there for the magic hour as it gets way too busy after that. Your videos are so happy and uplifting, I love watching them, thanks for all you do, Wednesday’s are now 👍 great

Thank you so much for your kind words! A little bit of rain can help so much! I couldn't believe how quiet the parks got! We got to the parks just before 8.30 when early magic hours started. There was a queue (just because no one could go in) but it only took a few minutes to get in which was fab! I did a mixture of walking and getting the bus. The walk from the Cheyenne / Santa Fe is about 15 minutes. The buses only take 5 minutes to get to the parks but they can get busy, that being said we always managed to get on! And they do seem to run more buses in the morning as they know everyone is going to extra magic hours. If you walk security takes a bit longer as there are fewer stations so that is something to factor in. But security does seem to move quite fast so it is usually 5 minutes (or 10 if you walk). In busier times of year this may be a bit longer. I would say if you wanted to be some of the first people in the park aim to arrive around 8am or just after to be close to the gates. Crush is the perfect ride for Early Magic Hours as it is the one time you can get into the queue and it be a shorter wait!

That vegan food looks really nice! Is that close to the tower of terror? Desperately want to see the Lion King. Keep going to book it then changing my mind. I've got 2 teenagers who would prefer to be on the rides. After you saying you enjoyed it I think I might take the plunge and book it.

The Vegan Kitchen is right by Tower of Terror! The food was nice! The soup was sooooo tasty! I just wish they didn't have a flat spoon as it took me ages to eat! 😂 I had always wanted to see the Lion King show but the soundtrack always makes me cry so I have avoided it 😂 But I am so glad I went as it is so spectacular! It is so hard when you want to do all the rides and the shows! But if you do have the time it is absolutely worth it! Premier Access can be a great help to prevent you having to waste time standing in the queue for ages so you can get more rides in which is a win win! I am contemplating it for my next trip as it may be worth the money taking that into consideration!

I might bring my own spoon then😁 wonder why it's flat? I don't stand much chance if you loose it over the sound track. My 2 used to find it hilarious when I used to ball my eyes out when they sang " This is me" from the greatest showman in their school plays!

HI Sophie, another great vlog, I love crushes coaster, and the only way to do it in during EMH as the line is always so long. Did you find any 30th merch anywhere other than floras? They never seen to order enough of the specialty merch. The longest I waited for anything was the Marvel show a few years ago. I waited two hours for it. How long before rhythm of the pridelands did you star queuing?

You are so right that the only way to ride Crush is with Extra Magic Hours! Every single day it has the longest queue out of everything! The other shop that had 30th Anniversary merch was Emporium. I think Flora's is the official shop and has the harder to get items and Emporium has the easier to find collections. It is so frustrating that not enough merch is ordered and it is not replenished frequently! Was the Marvel show good? We actually went straight from Dream and Shine Brighter so didn't arrive until about 15 minutes before Rhythm of the Pride Lands so we were super lucky to be some of the last people in! When I visit next month I will definitely start queuing earlier as it will be much busier! I toy with the idea of buying a Premier Access pass so you don't have to wait for so long but then I am also not keen to pay if I can help it! 🤣🤣
